Taking down carefully any type of old unserviceable point wiring copper or aluminium conductor (light, fan, socket, bell or power) point complete with fittings such as switches ceiling roses, lamp holders, sockets, fan regulators, call bell, light fittings with PVC conduit surface / concealed or wooden battens including sunken cast iron / pressed steel terminal boxes etc complete all as specified & directed .

Taking down old/unserviceable distribution board by disconnection of electric connection carefully SPN DBs/TPN DBs/ Main Switch including old unserviceable MCCBs/ MCBs, Isolators, etc complete all as specified and directed at site.

Taking down existing exhaust/ ceiling fan of any size/ sweep for keeping the safe custody and re-fixing/ re-hanging the same after repair work or as directed and connecting up the same with & including twin twisted copper flexible wire from ceiling rose to exhaust/ ceiling fan complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down existing old/ unserviceable sub main wiring of any type and description, removal of teak wood batten/ PVC pipe/ PVC casing & caping and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings etc as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for provision of sub main wiring with two runs of single core FRLSH PVC insulated, unsheathed, mutistranded copper conductor cable of size 6.0 sqmm drawn in and including rigid PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked not less than 25mm dia with its accessories, concealed type, including one run of single core FRLSH PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor cable of size 6 sqmm as earth continuity and cutting chases as per standard engineering practice & making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing finish complete all as specified & directed. Notes:- (i) Finished sub main wiring with two runs of 6.0 sqmm cable & one run of 6 sqmm cable alongwith PVC conduit and its accessories shall be measured and paid as one unit length. (ii) Connections of cables with MCBs or bus bars shall be done through appropriate size brass/copper thimbles. (iii) Colour coding for wiring/ bus bar/ main connection shall be followed. .

M&L for Point wiring with PVC insulated 1.5 sq mm multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade drawn into and including concealed PVC conduit not less than 20mm (ISI marked) including all fitting and fixing accessories including sunk in cast iron/pressed steel terminal boxes duly painted with two coats of anti-corrosive paint outside and two coats of aluminium paint inside, 2.8mm thick hylam brand laminated white bakelite sheet cover for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulators etc and PVC insulated 1.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor cable as earth wire and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and laying sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches/ existing cable trenches/ducts, in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed . ( Note : Punned thickness shall be measured for payment)

Supply and laying brick covering with width equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class 'B' bricks laid dry flat complete all as specified and directed .
