M&L for Cleaning of overhead water storage tank of capacity 1,00,000 gallons (450000Ltr Cap) by scraping internal and external surface of tank with brush and removing all scale / dirt / deposited silt including washed to internal surface of tank with solution of bleaching powder and applying one coat of cement base paint to internal and external surfaces of wall, top and bottom of tank , pillars / beams/ pipes etc after preperation of surface of OHT and providing one coat of synthetic enamelled paint with colour code on inlet / outlet/ washout/over flow pipes surfaces as per existing with writting the cleaning date with white colour on black base all as specified and as directed . Note : - Removing/Cleaning of Honey Bee hives shall be the responsibility of the contractor. No delay, No additional charges shall be considered on this account rates quoted against the item shall include the said element. b) Contractor is responsible for making all safety arrangments, scaffolding/jhulla for carrying out the above job with due care at a height of approx 22 Mtr

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D- 2,1:4:8 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base/Path complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 60mm thick pre-cast cement concrete (Design mix M-40) grade pre-polished rubberized moulded vibratory compacted inter locking coloured paver block of any shape (confirming to ISI-15658-2006) laid over and including 50 mm thick ( compacted thickness ) sand cushioning and joint filled with sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnection and removing the U/S CI Non Return valve and S&F Non return valve cast iron 100MM dia, PN-1.6 class with flanged ends at both sides complete fitted with GI pipe incl connected accessories and joining materials including taking down the old u/s one complete all as specified and as directed of the following sizes:- MAKE: Kirlosker/Upadhyaya/RMCO/Kartar

Disconnection and removing the U/S column pipe and S&F 150 mm colum pipe mild steel water pipe Heavy duty both end flangd as column pipe (each length of column pipe 3mtr) long as in repair complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnection and removing the U/S thermal overload relay and S&F thermal overload relay with start & off/Reset with relay range 30 to 75 Amp .

Supply and fixing in repair electronic over current relay (BCOR-FEZ), start (Off) reset and detachable screen (EOCR 3EZ MODE: 110AC), Relay complete all as pecified and as directed. Make : BCH Electric limited or equivalent as approved by GE.
