M&L for Replacement to unserviceable synthetic rubberized cork gasket and provision of synthetic gasket sheet for fixing top cover suitable for 400 & 125 KVA transformers as per site requirement and capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of LV brass metal part complete with porcelain bushing 1.1 Kv for 400 KVA transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of LV brass metal part complete with porcelain bushing 1.1 Kv for 630 KVA transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repalcement of Tempertaure gauge 0-100 degree celcius suitable for distribution transformer 11/.433 KVA complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for replacement of Silica gel filled in breather cup of transformer upto 630 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Dehydration including filteration and cleaning of transformer oil by centifugal dehydration machine till to achieve Di-electric strength 55 KV at 2.5 mm gap testing of sample before and after dehydration and filteration complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Contractor has to arrange the dehydration machine and testing kit without any extra cost to the deptt. Test report to be submitted after completion of job.

Supply & Filling /pouring of transformer oil of low viscosity having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Dielectric strength test shall be carried out at site before poring/filling in transformers in the presence of Engr-in-Charge on the site.

Comprehensive maintainance of HT VCB panel, detection of defective components, replacement of worn out parts and servicing/ cleaning of mechanical components, by the representative of authorized service centre of VCB MFR's, Re-insertion of trolly in HT panel, including calibration test ,relay test and testing for smooth operation all as specified worn out parts shall be measured & paid separately as supply only under relevant items. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair 11 KV HT Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement Copper strip 20 x 3.15mm fixed with top of insulator/saddles, fixing with screws, washer etc with help of drill machine for roof conductors and down conductors above ground and and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 20x25cm size complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for repair/ replacement of broken/worn out components and insulators etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of copper chemical earthing as per IS 3043 with size 40x6x100 mm, 3 meter long, 50mm dia outer pipe of thickness 2mm filled with highly conducting metellic compounds in gel foam and both end sealed ,eletrolytic copper earthing electrodes.The earth pits shall be filled with sufficient quantity ultra high conductive backfill compound with neccessary accessories like lockable pit cover etc complete as required as per standard practices and specifications complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-140 mm thick pre cast cover slab of RCC(1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in liew of cost iron cover shown in the electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part -1.

M&L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in repair XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 95 sq mm x 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fault location of HT 11 KV cable laid in trenches /ducts fault with the help of eletronic fault locating machine comprising of surge generator pulse ,ECHO fault locator with freqency distance calculator etc.Excavation in normal alluvial starta exposing the cable fault removal of deteriorated portion of the cable treating of cable of size up to 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch of Credit of Rs 24,885.00
