Supply and erection Steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug,bolt,nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-55, 11 meter long complete all as specified and as direced.

Material and labour for Mild steel cross arm bracing, supports, clamp and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated including painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Pin type, porcelain, vitrous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one G I nuts, 150 mm height , 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for anti climbing device, spike type fabricated out of M S bars (round square and flat) including nuts, bolts washers, and welding into two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of pole complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for HT danger notice plate for 25x20 cm size, 1.6 mm thick mild steel, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figure and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix H T 11 KV, out door type gang operated air-break switch (GOD) suitable for vertical mounting fixed type complete with 15 insulators of rating upto 200 Amps, Triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, including drop out fuse set complete all as specified and direced.

S&F Lightening arrestors expulsion type with all fittings, transmission class, Discharge capacity 65 KA for 11KV HT line complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair Explusion fuse unit 11 KV drop out up to 100 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing with Galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia as earth lead up to 7.5 mtr long by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles,check nuts and washers etc made of galvanized iron connected to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, pre cast slab 40mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 with 8 mm dia TMT bars reinforced at 10 cm centre to centre both ways, M S handle, funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh and lugs, test point complete all as specified and as directed.
