Supply & fixing 6 to 8 mm thick ivory or light shades vitrefied tiles 600x600 mm size in flooring and skirting with 1:3 approved cement and coarse sand morter finished with in its cement colour slurry, jointing and polished of approved quality complete, i/c supply of all material, labour tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per direction of Engineer in-Charge.

Distempering Ist coat with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undercoated wall surface to give an even shade over an including a priming coat cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as Berger, J&N, Shalimar, Asian Paints after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matters and also including preparing the surface even with plaster of paris or approved synthetic material and sand papered smooth including cost of all materials.
