Part-A (AMC) Operation, maintenance, upkeeping of Automatic Fire detection System 24×7x365 basis including repairing of all defective parts of zonal panels, wiring, speakers, MCB, etc complete in all respect, etc as required.

Part-B (Consumable spares) Painting of fire system pipe lines and fittings with synthetic enamel paint over a ready mixed priming coat, once in a year, etc as required.

Refilling of various type of fire extinguishers, as mentioned beolw: Dry Powder Fire Extinguisher, ABC Type with Pressure Indicator, 6 kg Capacity

Supply and fixing of fire alarm dry sealed lead acid charger, in place of defective unit etc as required.

Supply and fixing of optical smoke detector, in place of defective unit etc as required.

Supply and fixing of rate of rise heat detector, in place of defective unit etc as required.
