Opening of all the Jumpers Connecting the 132 KV Transfer Bus with respective Tandem Isolator and Tandem Isolators-LSI-PI-CT Jumpers with all the associated work required for successful completion of Job including the cost of Men, Misc Consumables and T&P. (1 Job= Dismantling of each Jumpers )

Complete Dismantling of 132 KV Tandem Isolator including respective PIs, Rotating Mechanism and Tandem Isolator Structure with all associated works required for successful completion of job including the cost of men, misc consumables and T&P required for the Job.(1 Job= Dismantling of above said isolators and associated equipments of one bay)

Complete Dismantling of 132 KV Supporting Post Insulators including ALP Structure with associated works including the cost of men, misc consumables and T&P required for the Job.(1 Job=Dismantling of 01 PI and associated structure)

Erection of Tandem Isolator Structure at newly built foundation . The work includes the erection of structure as per relevant drawing and practices using flat and spring washer with each bolts and machining of holes done by contractor. The labour and required T&P Shall be arranged by Contractor at his own cost.

Erection of following equipments as per instruction manual of various equipment and technical specification

Post insulators on Tandem Isolator Structure

Post insulators on ALP Structure

132 KV Tandem Isolator including complete alignment

Jumpering between Transfer Bus and respective tandem isolator and Jumpering between Tandem Isolators-LSI-PI-CT, Jumpering between Jack Bus(Connecting Transfer Bus and Main Bus) and Main Bus etc with all associated work required for the satisfactory completion of work including the cost of men, misc consumables and T&P required for the Job.(1 Job for each Jumpering)

Earthing of each structure on two different places including laying of 50x06mm MS Flat. Excavation of earth up to 0.6m below the ground level ,Cutting and welding with earth mat with all cost of MS Flat, T&P and Man Power including painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enameled paint. Note:-MS Flat will be provided by Contractor.

Overhauling of electrical part of TBC System. The work include Opening of all the Control Cables connecting the Control Panel of TBC Panel with Various control/relay Panels , Extraction of damage control cables, Preparation of Cable Schedule and Cable interconnecting diagram in between the relevant panels, Circuit Breakers etc that will be approved by Supervising engineer, Laying of new Control Cable in the place of damaged extracted cables, Laying of new Control Cable in case of any missing wirings, Rewiring of TBC Control Panel and Interpanel Wiring including ferruling, glanding and termination with all the cost of men, material and T&P required for the successful completion of Job.

Overhauling of 132 KV TBC BSI by the way of cleaning of blade and jaw with the help of emery paper. Lifting of movable parts with the help of derrick pole, dismantling of bearing, its proper cleaning with petrol, greasing of isolator base bearing reassembling and fixing, adjustment of jaw and blade for proper contact, providing petroleum jelly on Jaw and blade and finally checking for smooth operation.
