Earth work excavation for foundation, etc., in all soil sand sub- soils and to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring, shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary refilling the foundation with excavated earth other than sandy soil in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed and depositing the surplus earth with in the compound in place shown by the departmental officers within an initial lead and lift and clearing and levelling the site etc.,complete

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with good Stone Dust in layers of not more than 15cm.thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specfication.

Cement Conceret 1:4:8 (One Cement four M-sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering and wherever necessary laying in layers of 15cm thick and consolidated and curing complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete

Brickwork in Cement Mortor 1:5 (One cement five M-sand) mix using country burnt bricks of standard size 8 3/4"x4 1/4"x2 1/4" including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour etc complete as per standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 ;12 mm thick in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specifications (S.I.306)

Painting the newly plastered wall surface with two coats of cement paint of approved quality and colour over one coat of cement primer including cleaning the surface etc complete as per standard specification.

Drilling of Borewells anywhere in Tamilnadu including transportation from one place to another with in Tamilnadu in alluvial soil sedimentary strata of clay and sand stone shale pebbles boulders etc. By first taking a pilot bore of 150mm dia and then enlarging to 300mm dia bore by direct or reverse rotary mud circulation method using rotary rigs fuel, labour and drilling benonite and water required for drilling at site. Site will be shown by the Departmental officers including construction of mud pit..upto 60m depth ending below ground level

Supply of the following casing pipes of ISI approved quality with wall thickness not less than 7.5mm to 8.5mm with PVC couplers and cement Paste etc. Complete and including packing the annular space with pebbles quality and size of pebbles and the PVC pipe should be approved by the departmental officer.

Charges for developing the borewell with air compressor of 600CFM. Capacity (minimum 8 hours ) including transportation labour and fuel charges for compressor as directed by the Departmental Officers and conducting yield test by 'V' notch methods.

supplying and Delivery of pvc & GI pipes and Specials medium as per IS 1239/PART/90 including cutting , threading and fixing charges as directed by the departmental officer.
