Vertical Turbine Pump [make: Kirloskar/WPIL/Mather & Platt/ as per IS: 1710, SIC of VT pump set water lubricated, single/multi stage, having Bronze Impeller, Stainless steel shaft, MS column pipe, line shaft etc. capable of discharging 29.48 LPS against the head of 22 m coupled with energy efficient TEFC squirrel cage induction motor (IF3) as per IS 12615, having 20% more BHP than pump, operating on 3 Phase, 415V, 50Hz & A.C. Supply having 4 pole & 1500 rpm [make: Kirloskar/ ABB/ Crompton Greaves/ Marathon] all complete along with all arrangements for required discharge & head, base plate & other accessories such as suitable coupling spider bearing foot valve with strainer sluice valve (PN-1.6), NR valve, reducer, pressure gauge, specials, PCC foundation, nut & bolts, piping works for suction & delivery pipe, fitting & fixing with commaon header, etc. all complete required for the job. Supplying and erecting 50 sqmm XLPE / PVC insulated, armoured cable 1100 V grade with ISI mark Three and half core, stranded aluminium conductor with 6 mm thick 25 mm width M.S. spacer with G.I. Earth wire 6 sq mm, complete erected on wall / on pole with 25 X 3 mm M.S. clamps or in provided trench in an approved manner from Transformer to LT panel.

Supplying and erecting 10 sqmm XLPE / PVC insulated, Unarmoured cable 1100 V grade with ISI mark Three core, stranded Copper conductor erected on wall / on pole in provided trench in an approved manner from LT panel to Motor.

Cost of earthing as per IS for each motors.

Providing, erecting 40 KVA Servo Controlled Automatic Voltage stabiliser suitable for output voltage of 415 Volt +/-1%, 3 Ph, 50 Hz, with copper wound transformer (Oil cooled) with oil for Input 270 to 460 Volt. The stabilizer shall be incorporated with protections and indications like Over Voltage / Under Voltage, Single Phasing, Cut off contactor with electronic output sensing unit, etc. all complete.

Construction of DP structure in PCC Pole for transformar with different type of MS channels, M.S. angles, brackets, insulators, AB Switch, three set of horn gap fuse, DO fuse and lightening arrester, nut bolts, fabrication work required for the job, cost of earthing of transformer (Two nos., one no. for neutral and one for body) with all required material labours, cost of providing disc & pin insulator for HV and LV side of the transformer, testing of dielectric strength of transformer oil etc. for transmission of power.
