Material & Labour for fabrication of framed work as MS grills with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars barred iron doors, MS door sheeting, ladders framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conform to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 & fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Material & Labour for Preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel or steel based materials of any description not other wise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Chipping, removing carefully old broken concrete work by low impact hammer, breaker without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of debris out side the premises etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Hard concrete shopuld not be removed by force.)
Material & Labour for clean existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTMB-117 on the existing reinforcements for 6 hrs and form a corrosion resistant, insoluble and adherent protective layer, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, wash the rebars with clean water within 1 hrs and wipe it dry complete all as specified and directed
Material & Labour for applying two coats of anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement by application of full and unbroken coating of anticorrosive protective zinc rich epoxy coating on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 1 hours between each coat including mixing of both components by weight as per manufacturer's specifications, brush application, curing to form a anticorrosive protective coating with high mechanical strength to cementitious repair works, etc complete all as specified and directed
Material & Labour for carry out application of ‘Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor' EPCO-KP-100 or technocommercial equivalen on concrete surface. This inhibitor has migratory kind of property which permits the material to migrate to a virtual extent of 100 mm, through pores of concrete, inhibiting the corrosion and de-passivating the Electro-chemical reaction. It has property to attack anode as well as cathode, which is purely alkaline in nature (pH-9.5), so it has no carcinogen activity with concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Material & Labour for providing and applying structural grade EPIBOND-21-LP or technocommercial equivalent prior to application of any type of mortar plaster conforming to ASTM-C-882-91 (Arizona Slant Shear Test) to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Material & Labour for Rebuilding the section of damaged RCC elements to required size avg thickness upto and including 60 mm by providing and casting with microconcrete of grade M-40 or above including providing and fixing of watertight shuttering of minimun 12 mm thickness with supporting framework, all lead lift, mixing, placing, deshuttering, levelling the surface by grinding off cementitious slurry or construction joint differences if any including leveling profiling and removing and cleaning existing vegetation growth in structural and Non- structural items complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Grade of Micro-concrete to be M-40 at 28 days and same shall be procured from one of manufacturer given below. Treatment of sunken floor slab comprises of the following specifications and all as specified (i) Material & Labour for cleaning of the sunken /lowered portion of the RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chiesel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming / washing completely. 40 mm avg thk pcc 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate as in padding conc to achieve proper slope including 50 mm dia 350 mm long medium grade GI pipe spouts with wire guage on inside mouth to be fixed (ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 6 mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with and incl integral WPC @3% of weight of cement consumed. fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. where dampness and seepage noticed nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out (iii) All junctions points of side walls where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty (iv) After drying putty wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clean and clear (v) Material & Labour for applying two coat of polymer modified cementious water proofing coating as per manufactures instructions to bottom and vertical sides up to finished flooor level +100 mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1 mm. When the second layer is still sticky , coarse sand spry shall be carried out or vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed. (vi) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20 mm thk cm 1:4 mixed with and incl integral WPC 3 % of cement consumes as per manufacures specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout Note:Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for atleast 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE . Test shall be done in presence of reps of PMG and record for each sunken slab shall be maintained. the treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicators of chemicals. (vii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50 mm thk PCC 1:3:6 all around after painting with anticorrossive black japan paint. (viii) Height up to and including 14th floor.
