Trenching in ordinary soil upto a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing off by spreading and neatly leveling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or/and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure)

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source including carriage complete (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 4.75 mm

Spreading of sludge, dump manure or/and good earth in required thickness as per directions of officer in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure or/and good earth to be paid separately)

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in proportion specified or directed by officer in charge.

Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking the clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ration of 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8 %), flooding with water, filling with the earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing, leveling etc. including stacking & disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed, within a lead of 50 mtr. and lift upto 1.5 mtr. complete (cost of sludge, manure or extra earth to be paid for separately)

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed in All kinds of soil with disposal 1 meter from cutting edge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting , hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finished seamless type tubes

Providing corrugated colour coated Steel sheet roofing 0.5mm thick of approved brand i.e TATA, JINDAL & EVERST or any other equivalent famous brand as approved by Engineer-in-charge including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape whereever required

40mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand) with joints finished flush and curing complete:Red sand stone for rain garden and gazebo shade structure

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) for footpath

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete paver block of approved shape and colour of M -30 grade made of C&D waste by block making machine with vibratory compaction laid in required pattern and including over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 1.43 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of water exterior paint applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Welded 40*40*6 mm @ 3.5kg/m

Boring/ drilling bore well of required dia for casing/ strainer pipe, by suitable method prescribed in IS: 2800(part 1), including collecting samples from different strata, preparing and submitting strata chart/ bore log, including hire and running charges of all equipment tools plants and machineries required for the job, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge beyond 90 m &upto 150 m depth below ground level.Rocky strata including boulders for 300 mm dia

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, unplasticized PVC medium well casing (CM) pipe of required dia, conforming to IS: 12818, including required hire and labour charges, fittings and accessories etc all complete for all depths as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.200mm nominal size dia

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, including cutting and making good the walls etc 32 mm dia. nominal bore (for riser pipe)

Gravel packing in tube well construction in accordance with IS: 4097, including providing gravel fine/medium/coarse in required grading and sizes as per actual requirement all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge. Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) FE 410 mild steel screwed and socketed/plain ended casing pipes of required dia, conforming to IS: 4270 of reputed & approved make, including painted with outside surface with two coats, of anticorrosive paint of approved brand and manufacture including required hire & labour charges, fitting and accessories, all complete for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-incharge.100 mm nominal size dia having minimum wall thickness 5.00 mm

Development to tube well in accordance with IS: 2800(part 1) and IS:11189 to establish maximum rate of usable water yield without sand content ( beyond permissible limit) with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor for required time till well is fully developed measuring yield of well by “V” notch method or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc. by step draw down method collecting water samples & getting tested in approved laboratory, i/c disinfection of tube well, all complete including required hire & labour charges of air compressor tools & accessories, etc. all, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing suitable size threaded mild steel cap or spot welded plate to the top of bore well housing/ casing pipe removable as per requirement all complete for bore well of :200 mm dia
