Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames), area not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames), area exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, for foundation etc., or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes etc not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc. 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore using broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:1½:3) type B0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc., basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks made up of (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), masonry exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete (1:1½:3) type A1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs of manholes and drains and setting in cement mortar (1:4) including form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc., conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc., conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) Quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for structural steel grade E-250 (Fe-410W Quality A) conforming to IS:2062 as in compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel rag or lewis bolts, screwed one end, with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end enlarged and jagged or lewised, length of bolt exceeding 30 cm and dia of neck 20 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel hold fasts, bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater pipes, brackets/clamps for eaves and valley gutter and similar articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel HCR TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel HCR TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted zinc coated aluminum sheet (Galvalume) GI based trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: The self tapping screw shall be of adequate length to drive into complete thickness of purlin/rafter etc., and shall be fixed using neoprene and EPDM washers. Penetration and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fasteners etc., as per SSR Part-I 2009 complete.

S&F pre-painted zinc coated aluminum sheet (Galvalume) GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall/valley gutters, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: The self tapping screw shall be of adequate length to drive into complete thickness of purlin/rafter etc., and shall be fixed using neoprene and EPDM washers. Penetration and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fasteners etc., as per SSR Part-I 2009 complete.

S&F aluminum flat iron wind ties of any size and thickness fixed with self tapping screws for fixing roofing sheets including drilling holes complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: The self tapping screw shall be of adequate length to drive into complete thickness of purlin/rafter etc., and shall be fixed using neoprene and EPDM washers.

M&L for anodised aluminium partition, window and door/ventilator with frame and shutters and grill fully or partly glazed, sliding/openable/fixed fully glazed and panels fixed with panels inserts 12 mm thick pre-laminated particle board/sheet glass including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber beading, neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodized aluminium fittings such as handles, aluminium butt hinges, aluminium tower bolts etc. The size of aluminium section shall be all as specified in relevant IS Code and SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: (i) Supply only floor spring, glass, Imax hinges, SS friction hinges, particle board, aluminium fly proof mesh will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this BOQ. (ii) Weight of aluminium section only shall be accounted for the purpose of payment. However unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for cost of rubber beading, neoprene packing, fittings such as handles, butt hinges, tower bolts, rollers for sliding windows, locking arrangement and fixing only of panel inserts of glass/ particle board/aluminium fly proof mesh etc. (iii) Weight of aluminium handle, butt hinges, tower bolts shall not be accounted for payment purpose.

M&L for anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling with size of grid 605mm x 605mm all as specified in SSR Part-I 2009, hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat iron 40x3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long including cutting, drilling, jointing etc., 6mm thick non-asbestos fibre cement building design boards fixed or laid/ inserted to aluminium frame work with screws and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 6.0 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with aluminium glazing clips in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 12mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side with balancing white lamination complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20mm thick second class hard wood boarding as in eaves/barge boards fixed with screws in any situation, clean sawn with butt joints complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two coats 5mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement over 10mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete, surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls of any description and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of external walls of any description and applying two coats of weather proof antifungal (exterior grade) acrylic emulsion over a coat of primer from the same manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of first quality over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of first quality over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in base of floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glossy finished chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, made of grey cement and pigments, machine pressed as in flooring, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified coloured tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in floors etc, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.
