Manufactures identifications mark along with month & Year of manufacturing to be provided at suitable place on materials or an boxes/cartons as per drawing/specifications or as per feasibility as the case may be.
Supplier must be either OEM or Authorised dealer/distributor of OEM. Firm has to submit Valid authorization certificate otherwise offer will be ignored.
Para wise Compliance of the Annexure attached must be submitted along with the offer, otherwise offer will be summarily rejected.
GC/WC as per latest IRS terms condition must be submitted along with supply.
Delivery should be free at destination. i.e. SSE/D/BGA/SDAH.
Materials should be supplied in OEM packing.
NABL /Govt. approved Lab's Test/Calibration certificate is to be submitted at the time of material supply.
Penalty clause : IF FIRMS FAIL TO SUPPLY THE MATERIALS , FIVE PERCENT(5%) OF PO BASIC VALUE , EQUIVALENT TO SD , WILL BE CUT DOWN FROM FIRMS' PENDING BILLS IN INDIAN RAILWAYS.
