Random Rubble masonry with hard stones in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement conc. 1:6:12 (1 Cement: 6 coarse sand: 12 graded stones aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level and curing complete cement mortar: a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 coarse sand)
Dry Random Rubble masonry with hard stones in foundation and plinth. a) With bond stone.
b) Without Bond stone.
Form work: Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal form for: a) Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc for mass concrete.
b) Walls (Any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.
Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering shuttering finishing and reinforcement all work upto plinth level: a) 1:1½:3 (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
b) 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
Reinforce cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached Pilasters , buttresses, plinth and strange courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto floor five level including curing but excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement: a) 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ Coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).
Filling available excavated earth (excluding Rocks) in trenches plinth sides of foundations etc in layers not exceeding 20cms in depth consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead up to 50 mtrs and lift upto 1.5Mtrs.
Steel reinforcement for RCC work including strutting, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level a) Thermo mechanically treated bars of grade FE-500D or more.
