M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in floors, plinth protection, pavings, etc. including making spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal whilst the concrete is green laid in alternate bays of 3m length and joints between bays filled with 85/25 grade bitumen and sand mix @ 1:2 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in shelves set in position with CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars grade Fe-500D, 8 to 10mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) for bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150mm dia drain pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L machine cut and machine polished kota stone slab 20 to 25mm thick as in floors, in single piece set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with cement and pigments to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite stone slab, of any type, table rubbed and polished, in cooking platforms and the like laid over bases / backing wall, etc. including setting in CM 1:4 and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of slab complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brickwork with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair surfaces of PCC block / brick masonry wall / concrete surfaces, etc. finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F steel window (box type) factory fabricated, double shutter (glazed and wire gauzed) with side hung shutters including pintle type hinges, steel handles fabricated type for each leaf duly welded, mild steel barrel tower bolts 150mm size (02Nos for each leaf) duly welded, with glazing bars dovetailed or welded including MS fillets, welding of guard bars with one shop coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer overall complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) Windows shall be fabricated as per HQ CE (WAC) AF Palam, New Delhi drawing No. TD-219 Sh 1/3 to 3/3 dated 02 Jan 2007 (updated up to date) and these drawings shall be referred at the O/o the GE (AF) Ambala (ii) Glazing, wire gauge, guard bars shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this BOQ. (iii) Any other sundries, etc. as required at site shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iv) For measurement purpose only area of opening shall be measured.

Shutter inner lock rail: 37.50x15x1.5mm thick. Shutter side (handle) rail 37.50x15x1.36mm thick. Chowkat bottom: 50.30x26x1.20mm thick. Chowkat top & sides: 50.30x15x1.00mm thick.

Supplying and fixing in position anodised (minimum thickness of anodising shall be 15microns) aluminium door and chowkhat made out of hollow extruded aluminium sections as detailed, each door having 02Nos disc or 'D' type handles, 02Nos aluminium tower bolts 200mm size, one brass mortice lock six levers with key in duplicate, fixed with aluminum hinges to chowkhat shutter, partly glazed with 5mm thick tinted glass and partly paneled with 12mm thick prelaminated particle board fixed with glazing clips, rubber beading / gasket anodized aluminium beading screws, etc. complete all as specified and as directed Section details: Chowkhat Frame: 101.60x44.45x1.5mm thick. Shutter vertical/stile: 83.50x44.45x1.50mm thick. Shutter middle rail: 83.50x44.45x1.5mm thick.

S&F pressed steel frames of size 125x60mm, fabricated out of 1.25mm thick MS sheet, for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 40mm thick factory made plain framed panelled door shutter (two panels) 2nd class HW rail and style with lock rail and panels of 12mm thick ISI marked veeneered particle board with commercial veeneering on both faces, with size of rail and style shall be as per IS-1003 (Part-I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge, etc and divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, sizes of members of shutters as specified in clause 8.20 (b) of SSR Part-I, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc., supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50x47mm made out of 5mm thick plain/wooden grain printed coloured PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube all as per specifications and drawing given in SSR Part-I 2009 all as per manufacturer's instructions and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter (with wood free EPS), 28 to 30mm thick (styles), with 2, 4, 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded PVC sheet on the front and 2mm thick coloured PVC sheet (tint as approved) on back faces and fixing in frame at site all as shown in and specified in MES SSR 2020 & 2009 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F stainless steel railing 90cm high 30mm dia baluster at every 3rd tread and 3Nos., 16dia & 1 Nos 40 dia pipe in horizontal railing including drilling hole in tread, fixing & polishing complete all as specified and directed including making good the disrurbed portion to match the existing surface.

Material and labour PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in filling & mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished the surfaces fair and even smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed.
