Dismantling damaged Floor finish & dadooing walls in cement mortar with Mosaic Tiles / Glazed Tiles / Clay Tiles / Cuddapah Slabs and clearaing away from site including all labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

White washing two coats using best freshly burnt shell lime in all the floors including cost of lime, Blue, Fevicol type gum, brushes,scaffolding charges etc., complete

Distembering two coats over priming coat inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all loboure charges etc complete

Exterior emulsion two coats over priming coat inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all loboure charges etc complete

Painting two coats over old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with best approved best quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coat etc., complete

Blackboard Painting two coats over oldcement plastered surface with best approved best quality ofblackboard paint of approved colour over the existing priming coat etc., complete

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc complete for 10 cum.
