SH-1: Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Networkable Microprocessor based 10 Loops intelligent Addressaable Fire Alarm Control panel with minimum 168 character LCD display. The panel should be equipped with loop capacity to take minimum 100+100 intelligent addressable detectors/devices in one loop. Minimum Two access levels,capable of taking Protocol devices. Graphical Dispaly, sufficient numbers of programmable relay controls for controlling fire pump room, monitoring of fire sprinkler and fire hydrant pump, 240 Volts, 50 Hz AC Power supply, automatic battery charger, 24 Volts sealed maintenance free lead acid batteries sufficient for 24hours normal working and then be capable of operating the system for 2hours during an emergency conditions as required. The panel shall be UL/EN listed including SITC of IP based Autodialler. The panel shall have facility for seamless integration with PA system (For Giving triger Signal to Start pre-recorded Digital Voice Evacuation from PA system in case of fire ). The panel shall have necessary provisions for interfacing with Building Management System with open protocol BACNET / MODBUS etc. complete as per specification and site requirement and including suitable network &/or communication card/port/BMS card (as applicable) shall be provisioned for the same, including dismantiling of old/faulty panel complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of UL/EN listed(Latest version) intelligent addressable Multi Criteria Detector {Smoke + heat (fixed and rate of rise)} with inbuilt fault isolator / isolator base, with unique optical sensing chamber, visible LED, fully coated circuit board, superior RF/Transient protection suitable for 2 wires loop connection, with electronic/rotary switch/suitable addressing feature to programme the detectors complete with plug into common separate base & housing constructed of LEXAN(or polycarbonate equivalent) including rectification of all existing loops suitable to interface with the existing Addresable Fire Alarm system including plug in common base including dismantiling of old/faulty detectors complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of UL/EN listed(Latest version) intelligent addressable Manual Pull Station (not break glass type) with inbuilt fault isolator / isolator module suitable for semi flush mounting with double gang outlet box, equipment for key operated test-reset lock, electronic or rotary switches for address setting. Manual pull station shall be connected with two wire to SLC Loop of Fire Control Panel. Cover shall be made out of LEXAN(or polycarbonate equivalent) with clear operating instruction and the word Fire appearing on the front complete with connections etc as required and as per enclosed specification including dismantiling of old/faulty MCPs complete as required

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of UL/EN listed(Latest version) intelligent addressable Control module/relay module (output module) with inbuilt fault isolator / isolator module for tripping of AHU & Ventillation/Pressurisation fans/hooter complete with termination etc as required and as per enclosed specification.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of UL/EN listed(Latest version) intelligent addressable Monitor module with inbuilt fault isolator / isolator module for connecting flow switch/pressure switch and other external system with fire alarm system complete with termination etc as required and as per enclosed specification.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of UL/EN listed(Latest version) Response Indicator(LED in polycarbonate housing) for getting fire indications of detectors i/c mounting boxes installed above false ceiling area interconnecting to loop cable etc. complete with termination etc as required and as per enclosed specification including dismantiling of old/faulty response indicators complete as required

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of UL/EN listed(Latest version) Wall mounted Hooter-cum-strobe with inbuilt fault isolator / isolator module with minimum 90dB to Max. 120 dB output at a distance of 1mtr. and with required power supply converter (230VAC to 12/24V DC) complete with termination etc as required and as per enclosed specification

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of UL/EN listed(Latest version) Addressable Motorised Auto Align Project Beam detector with transmitter, receiver & control panel suitable to interface with the Addresable Fire Alarm system including dismantiling of old/faulty items complete as required.

Supplying & Laying of 2C X 1.5 Sq. mm. Armoured FRLSZH Copper Cable 1100V grade as per IS 7098(Part 1) 1988, amended upto date on surface/existing conduit/existing trench/raceway etc complete as required.

SH-2:Annual Maintenance & Operations of Fire Alarm System & Existing Fire Hydrant System Annual maintenance & operations of Fire Alarm System & Fire Fighting system involving operation, attending to complaints and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the systems, carrying-out preventive & routine maintenance, maintenance of records/ documents etc. by deputing one no. fire trained skilled manpower and one no. semi-skilled manpower in two shifts on all days including Sundays and holidays as per tender specifications, terms & conditions included in this contract.
