Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of old wall and ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV Resistance as per IS 15489:2004 Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm complete all as spcified and directed. (Note: The buildings in which repairs are to be carrried out are of 16.00 meter height, necessary cost of scaffolding shall deemed to be included in quoted rate)

M& Labour for providing 2 mm thick wall care putty on old wall surfaces wherever required to make the surface even all as speciifed and as directed(Note: The buildings in which repairs are to be carrried out are of 16.00 meter height, necessary cost of scaffolding shall deemed to be included in quoted rate)

M&L preparation of old plastered wall surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified and directed (Note: The buildings in which repairs are to be carrried out are of 16.00 meter height, necessary cost of scaffolding shall deemed to be included in quoted rate)

M & L for painting of old steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth with one coats of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed. M&L Preparation of old wooden surfaces and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: The buildings in which repairs are to be carrried out are of 16.00 meter height, necessary cost of scaffolding shall deemed to be included in quoted rate)

Taking down cement plastering of any thickness on brick, concrete or stone walls, partitions, ceilings etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, removal of rubbish off the premises. (Note: The buildings in which repairs are to be carrried out are of 16.00 meter height, necessary cost of scaffolding shall deemed to be included in quoted rate)

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 and finishing the surface with using water proof compound even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.
