M&L for preparation of old previously decorated surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushes, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, efflorescent salts etc and applying one coat of white wash on walls all as specified & directed.

Description all as per item No 1 above but one coat of oil bound distemper on Ceiling.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painting surfaces etc and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls over a coat of 3 mm thick wall care putty including one coat of primer complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from wall or similar surfaces applying 3 mm thick wall care putty on wall surfaces including one coat of primer and well rubbing for making smooth and uniform surface with sand paper then applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint in different patterns shade with rolling instrument including preparation of old decorative surfaces etc all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated wooden surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over 10 cm in width or girth all as specified & directed.

Description all as per item No 6 above but on steel surfaces.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer including preparation of new or previously treated wood or wooden base surface over 10cm width or grith complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15mm bore galvanised steel water tubing (GI pipe), medium grade with all fittings and fixed to wall, floor and ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 15mm bore bib taps, fancy type brass chromium plated with crutch or battery handle screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferule complete all as specified and directed.
