REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF VRF VRV TYPE PACKAGED DUCTABLE CASSETTE AIR CONDITIONERS AT RCI AGNI AND DSP UNDER GE I RND RCI HYDERABAD

Supply and fix New hermetically sealed scroll compressors suitable for Ductable/ package type air conditioner of 11 TR capacity, after taking down the old unserviceable compressor, with mounting assembly such as rubber springs etc., after disconnecting all electric connections, including alteration of refrigerant piping suction and discharge, pressure testing the complete system with nitrogen after carrying out repairs, flushing out the complete system, vaccumising and gas charging with R-22 refrigerant gas to obtain designed cooling closing of suction and discharge valves complete all as specified and directed. Notes: 1. 1. The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for Copper Brazing rods, Nitrogen Gas, LPG Gas Tins, copper filter and capillary, pin type valves as required at site 2. Refrigerant Gas will be measured & paid separately under relevant items of this BOQ.

All as per item No. 1 above but for 8/8.5 TR capacity Ductable/ package type air conditioner.

All as per item No. 1 above but for 5/5.5 TR capacity Ductable/ package type air conditioner.

Supply and fix as in replacement balanced Centrifugal blower fan motor for Ductable/ package/VRF type air conditioners of any capacity

Supply and fix as in replacement Fan Motor Blade metallic for Ductable/ package/VRF type AC Units of any make, capacity 5 to 7.5 TR/HP complete all as specified.

Supply and fix as in replacement Fan Motor Blade metallic for Ductable/ package/VRF type AC Units of any make, capacity 8.5 to 11 TR/HP complete all as specified.

Leak testing of complete gas circulating system with dry nitrogen for a period of 24 hours, flushing out complete system, vacuumising, and charging refrigerant gas including replacement of unserviceable copper filter, capillary tube, ‘U’ foam etc., with new ones, cutting, brazing, leak detection and rectification etc., for any type Air Conditioner of capacity 5 TO 11 TR complete all as specified and directed. Notes: 1. The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for Copper Brazing rods, Nitrogen Gas, LPG Gas Tins and all connected items required as per site requirement. 2. Refrigerant Gas will be measured & paid separately under relevant items of this BOQ. 3. Labour work required to complete the job shall be done through outsourcing employees.

Supply and fix as in replacement new catch all filter (Dry filter) suitable for ductable*/packaged AC of any capacity any type of Air Conditioner. Make: Carrier/Danfoss/as per OEM

Supply and fix as in replacement Air Filter indigenous washable type suitable for any type air conditioners of 5 to 11 Ton capacity. Make: As per OEM

Supply and fix as in replacement Copper pipe of any size including tubular heat/cold resistant rubber / foam type insulation.
