Dismantling of Analog / Thermal type IDMT Protection Relay with earth fault and over current protections from the HT panels / Breakers in safe and sound condition after disconnecting all the wiring connections of the Relays and proper discharging the HT CTs in safe manner.

Calibration of Relays with carrying out following tests and operations at site : Disassembling of the Relays, Servicing of the complete Relays, Removing carbon particles, Cleaning of all contacts, Relay Pick up Test, Relay Timing Test, checking Current Coil NO / NC Function Test and Assembling of the Relays after above works.

Refixing of the relays back in their HT Panels / Breakers including reconditioning / restoration of their wiring connections at the panel, checking of the Tripping Circuit, setting up of tripping range of the Relays as per load requirement.

Dismantling of Digital type Protection Relays from the HT panels / Breakers in safe and sound condition after disconnecting all the wiring connections of the Relays and proper discharging the HT CTs etc. in safe manner as required.

Refixing of Digital type Relays after servicing and Carrying out following tests and operations at site : Relay Pick up Test, Relay Timing Test, checking Current Coil, NO / NC Function Test and functional tests.

Reconditioning / restoration of their wiring connections of Digital Relays at the panel, checking of the Tripping Circuit, setting up of tripping range of the Relays as per load requirement.

Testing and commissioning of the all the Protection relays as per Site requirement.

Dismantling the old existing defective Thermal IDMT Relays from the LT Panels after disconnecting the wiring connections after proper shut down conditions and discharging of the CTs as required as per the availability of the shutdown of the Breakers/ Panel

Providing and fixing of adapter sheet made out of CRCA Sheet / Bakelite of size as per required for mounting of the Relays with nut bolts etc. as required in alignment for mounting at LT Panel chambers . Installation of the new Protection Relays at new sheet as required with proper mounting accessories as per guidelines.

Making the required wiring connections of the Relays between the main CTs and Relays as well as Breakers tripping system and the Relays by existing or by providing, laying and connecting of new copper cables including thimbling and providing all consumables as required.

Testing and commissioning of the new installed Relays for their required operation and tripping. Configuration and setting of the fault levels of the Relays and checking for their fault tripping at their respective Breaker for over current and earth fault etc., as per site requirement.

Supply of Digital Ampere Meter Make :- HPL / Schneider / L&T

Supply of Digital Volt Meter Make :- HPL / Schneider / L&T

Supply of Indicating Lights Make :- Schneider / L&T / C&S

Dismantling of the old metering instruments and fixing of the new meters as above along with making their connections by wiring with the existing wires or by restoration of defetced wiring connections etc. as required at site including making required setting with CT Ratio for 11 / 3.3 KV HT Supply etc. in proper shut down conditions as required.

Renovation of Panel indication system by replacement of Indicators as above as required along with making their connections by wiring with the existing wires or by restoration of defected wiring connections as required at site including providing and fixing of new control arrangement with complete wiring connections as required in proper shut down conditions.

Complete Testing of all the metering and indicating system including checking of wiring, resetting of Meters, Setting up of CT Ratio etc. and all the work required for proper functioning of instrument as per requirement.
