Supply and fixing of 1.25 inch dia G.I. Pipe with its required accessories elbow,sockets etc. for Pilfer proofing of CT,PT metering cable of 33KV independent feeder MAV Steel Pvt. Ltd. from 33 KV CT & PT in switchyard to energy meter in control room at 132 KV S/S USIDC Masurie Ghaziabad. All required Labour, Electrician, T&P, welding material ,paint ,GI Pipes,sockets, elbow, ferrule etc will be arranged by the contractor himself at own cost .Only power cable will be provided by Department free of cost. Work includes-:

Removal of trench covers from trenches for laying of 1.25 inch dia G.I. pipe from 33 KV M/s. MAV Steel Feeder bay CT & PT in switchyard to energy meter in control room & placement of trench cover after completing the work.

Supply of 1inch dia G.I. Pipe with its required accessories elbow,sockets etc. & laying/inserting required size cable through 1 inch dia G.I. pipes on cable racks along the wall of cable trenches with the help of hook,clamp etc. from 33 KV M/s. MAV Steel bay CT & PT in switchyard to energy meter in control room and other associated works such as cutting, bending & fixing of pipe with the help of elbow,sockets,alongwith making threads and other required material etc.

Earthing of GI Pipe at each end by welding with cable racks by spot welding at two points and painting of welded point to be done at spot with zinc paint.

Making termination including all internal connection at each equipment on both ends as per instruction of sdo/je including correct ferulling as per drawing on each core of cable.control cable will be fully covered by G.I. Pipe upto termination point of both ends.
