Taking up any type and size 100 mm of any class (including all fittings), including disconnecting pipes and fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up sluice valve of any sizes from pipe lines complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up Gun metal Gate Valve tap of any size from pipe lines complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up GI Pipe of size 50 mm dia including all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Ductile Iron Pipe(DI Pipes) including special Class K-7,100 mm (4") dia laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of CI/DI/GI pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay pipe galvanized, “Medium class”, including fittings 50 mm (2.0”) dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Valves, Sluice, flanged of class 1.0 PN,100 mm (4.0”) dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Valve, stop, screwed, supplied and Installed complete for size 50 mm (2.0”)dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for DI fittings/specials 100 mm to 200 mm dia suitable for spigot and socket end or flanged end such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type ( straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branchy" junction, double branch, cross, collars, caps and plugs, connecting pieces (any type)and testing complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Construction of brick masonry valve chamber 900X900X900 mm (internal), 15 cm thick foundation by using PCC 1:4:8 (type D2), brick work in cement mortar 1:6,10 mm thick plaster internally and 15 mm thick externally in CM 1:4 above ground level, 6 mm thick MS sheet cover with hinges, with hold fasts and locking arrangement fixed to angle iron frame made out of 40mmX40mmX6mm complete with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all metal works and two coat of white wash on all plastered surfaces of valve chamber including excavation, earth work in any strata including disposal of surplus soil to a distance of not exc 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair/overhauling of open well submersible pump set of capacity 7.5 HP, and any stage by replacing bushes, impeller thrust bearings, strainer, nuts and bolts, washers, pump shaft remetalling, grinding, polishing, greasing complete reassembling the pump and testing, including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after preparing the surface complete all as directed by the Engr-in-charge

Repair/rewinding of submersible motor up to capacity 7.5 HP of any staging by dismantling the pump from the motor taking it to workshop, rewinding of the motor with same size of copper enamelled winding wire, insulating, varnishing of the same replacement of bushes and any other space parts required for smooth functioning of the submersible pump, re-assembling, re-installing at site connecting and testing complete.

Repair/Maintenance of Starter panel including replacing of born out parts including replacing of MCB TPN, Contactor, Indicator Lamp, Panel lock, hinges in existing panel of capacity required at site etc including scrubbing of panel and painting of panel with two coat of enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete to make the panel serviceable condition all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out fountain along with motor and keeping at safe place for refixing after finishing of civil work including servicing and painting of fountain with suitable paint all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cutting the existing road/hard standing/chequered cement concrete tiling/PCC flooring etc, not exceeding 700mm wide and 1100mm depth, for laying CI/GI/DI pipe line complete including taking online permission from BWSSB if civil road involves all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for Making good or where required for the road/hard standing/chequered cement concrete tiling/PCC flooring etc, including necessary form work to exposed surfaces finished smooth and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tilling incl cement mortar bedding and removing rubbish off from premises

Material and labour for 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes under floor and all as specified and directed

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on brick work or concrete surfaces as in backing coat to receive wall tiles etc all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for non skid coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to matchall as specified and as directed

All as per item No 23 hereinbefore but in skirting including necessary cutting of tiles complete, all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for 55mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded agg as in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, 75 mm thick using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in plinth protection without using extra cement, complete finished fair and even all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hard core of gauge n exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick (broken stone), watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface.

Material and labour 100mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded store aggregate as in sub base of floors, Paving finished even and fair complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work, stone masonry, cement concrete block walling built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches etc complete

Material and labour for pre-cast cement concrete1 :3 : 6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting , built in cement mortar 1:6

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete

Taking down cement plaster and raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water built in cement mortar all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick/block work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement with water proofing compound (Water proofing compound should be measured and paid separately), complete all as specified.

Supply only approved integral water proofing compound.

Material and labour preparing New or previously untreated Steel and Iron Surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality) over a Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Welded steel wire fabric supplied and fixed complete( n exc 4.00kg/sqm) to wood or steel members complete, all as specified.

Material and labour for surface excavation not exc 30cm depth and avg 15cm depth and getting out soft/loose type of soil complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

Material and labour for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

Material and labour for Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles having hard glazed top finish with polymer admixtures in any pattern or design of min. size 25cm x 25cm x 25mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey pigment cement and pigments incl 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for stainless steel railing with 50mm bore. 3mm thick stainless steel pipe of grade SS/304 as in flag post including all fixing arrangements fixed grouted with and including necessary anchor bolts steel fasteners including welding grinded the corners for smoothening including necessary hook arrangements for flag rope etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
