GE (AF) MC/CHD/T-57/2026-27 REPAIR/MAINT OF ELECTRICAL OPERATED HANGER DOORS, BPI/AIR PIPE LINES SYSTEM AND BOILERS AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS IN TECH AREA AT 3 BRD UNDER GE (AF) MC CHANDIGARH

M&L for Comprehensive periodical systematic maintenance charges of air compressor of capacity 185 Psi (pound per square inch) or 12.75 bar pressure by means of opening and removing all side covers. Cleaning of air compressor, electric motor, piping intercooler and other connected items by blowing air through blower, checking and tightning all connections of pipes and electric cable. Servicing and cleaning of air flow circuit i.e. air intake filter, air intake valve, compressor element, non return valve, air /oil separator and after cooler and oil flow circuits mainly oil cooler, thermostatic by pass valve oil filter etc. Supply and replacement of pre filter and after filter of compressor controller etc deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Comprehensive periodical systematic maintenance and servicing cover the following ; (a) Air filter replacement - Replacement of the Air filter of existing make and size at the time of service of the compressor deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) Test safety relief valves-Pull the ring on each relief valve to confirm it opens freely and reseats without leaking. Repair/replacement of defetive valve of existing type deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (c) Check condensate traps and auto-drain function - Trigger each auto-drain manually to confirm discharge flow is clear. Repair/replacement of defetive condensate traps and auto-drain function of any size and type deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(d) Oil filter replacement - Repair/replacement of the oil filter of existing make and size at the time of service of the compressor. (e) Full belt inspection. Check belt tension, inspect for cracking or glazing along the belt surface, and verify pulley alignment. Replacement of worn or slack belts and setting of tension to avoid over-tensioned belts deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (f) Check pressure gauge accuracy as per OEM specification. (g) Compressor Oil :- Drainage of old Comperssor oil and filling of new compressor oil as per OEM specification. Cost for the replacement of Compressor oil shall be measured and paid separately. Note :- Comprehensive maintenance /servicing of compressor shall be carried out through OEM or agency nominated by OEM. Any minor spares electrical/mechanical require to make the compressor serviceable in all respect shall be provided by the contractor and cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply and fix in repair Oil filter of working pressure 15 bars suitable for working up to 120 degree centigrate conforming to IS standard complete all as specified and directed. Make: Leader/Universal/Audico

M&L for Comprehensive periodical systematic maintenance and servicing Charges for Air dryer unit of capacity 185 Psi (pound per square inch) or 12.75 bar pressure. Comprehensive periodical systematic maintenance and servicing cover the following :- (a) It includes complete inspection, cleaning and checking and topping up compressor oil, inspection of belts, pulleys, valves and pipelines, tightening of electrical connections, checking motor operation, pressure switch and safety valve testing, checking of air leakage, vibration and abnormal noise, checking of moisture seprator, air dryer, Prefilter, oil retention filter and after filter etc.

(b) Check for Leaks: Inspect the system for any air or refrigerant leaks. (c) Monitor Pressure and Temperature: Check that the system is operating within the recommended pressure and temperature ranges. Test report to be submitted to ensure proper functioning of the Air Dryer. (d) Inspect Drains: Check that the drains are functioning properly and removing condensate effectively. (e) Clean Heat Exchangers: Remove any dirt or debris from the heat exchangers to maintain heat transfer capacity. (f) Inspect Filters: Check and replace filters to ensure proper filtration and protect the desiccant. Replacement cost of all type of filters deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (g) Test Controls: Verify that the control systems are functioning correctly and making necessary adjustments. (h) Inspect and Clean Valves: Ensure that all valves are operating correctly and clean them and change if necessary.Replacement cost of valves deemed to be included in the quoted rate (j) Perform a Comprehensive System Check: Conduct a thorough inspection of the entire system, including all components, to identify and address any potential issues. (k) Check pressure gauge accuracy as per OEM specification. (l) Compressor Oil :- Drainage of old Comperssor oil and filling of new compressor oil as per OEM specification. Cost for the replacement of Compressor will measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix in repair manually operated bronze shut off valve PN 40 of size 65 mm conforming to IS standard complete all as specified and directed. Make: Leader/Universal/Audico

Supply only Synthetic Rotary Coolant, Non-varnishing having high flash point, long lift coolant for rotary compressor/screw compressor complete all as specified and directed. Make : Ingersoll Rand or equivalent in Castrol/Servo/HP

Repair to control panel of compressed air controller panel by means of taking out carefully burnt out wiring and rewiring with same gauge of PVC insulated single core multistranded copper wire of same gauge and testing of control panel for proper and smooth operation of anger door. Checking serviceability of all control circuit, taking out unsv MCBs, power contractors, auxilary contacts, relays etc. Fixing new spare parts, making all connections, checking and testing electric motor for smooth and trouble free operation.

Taking out u/s MS air pipe lines from trenches /wall/ open area and Supply, laying, jointing and testing of compressed air line MS pipe, heavy duty, class C confirming to IS 7938 laid in duct/road/nalah with flanged and joints including all fittings such as bends. Elbow, tees, short piece, connections, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps plugs and unions etc necessary connection where ever required testing as per IS, for 150 mm bore pipe complete all as speciefied and as directed.

Taking out u/s MS air pipe lines from trenches /wall/ open area and Supply, laying, jointing and testing of compressed air line MS pipe, heavy duty, class C confirming to IS 7938 laid in duct/road/nalah with flanged and joints including all fittings such as bends. Elbow, tees, short piece, connections, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps plugs and unions etc necessary connection where ever required testing as per IS, for 100 mm bore pipe complete all as speciefied and as directed.
