Material and labour for 7 to 8 mm thick joint free premium quality anti skid colour ceramic tiles size of each tiles should be 600 mm x 600 mm as in floors set and jointed and pointed in white or colour cement to match existing surfaces including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling of old tiling complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 7 mm thick joint free premium quality glazed ceramic colour tiles of size 600 mm x 300 mm as in skirting / dado / vertical surfaces set and jointed and pointed in white or colour cement to match existing surfaces including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 including dismantling of old tiling complete all as specified.

Supply and fix Pavement floor vitrified tiles of size 300x 300x 10 mm thk of approved colour and design set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured to match including 20 mm th screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in repairs 600 mm x 450 mm bevelled edge mirror of selected quality glass, mounted on 6mm thick AC building board or commercial plywood and fixed to wooden plugs with chromium plated brass screws and cup washers complete all as specified.

Supply and fix as in repairs brass CP shower rose with or without swivel joints, 125 mm size, including fixing to steel pipe or union complete all as specified.

Supply and fix as in repair vitreous China bowl urinal flat back, size of 465 x 355 x 265 mm white (minimum), including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement; fixing automatic flushing cistern with brackets, flush pipe, grating and Union for discharge pipe complete all as specified and directed.
