Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 meter in depth for foundation, laying of cable, pole etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point,complete, all as specified and directed .

M&L for cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, steps, seismic and other similar bands copping/cills, bed block for embedding hold fast etc including necessary form work weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as directed .

M & L for Reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design mix) using graded stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintel over 1.5m clear span complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete block masonry 1:3:6 Type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete solid building blocks or slabs in concrete 1:3:6 Type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate 10 cm thick with plain or interlocking joints as directed, set in mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing liquid complete all as directed.

M & L for Use & waste of Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landing horizontal or slopping similar work not. exc 200mm thick for flat fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers & binders, cut to length, bent to shapes required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as directed.

M & L for 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and rough for receiving wall tiles/dado complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 18-20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps jambs pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar 1:6 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for adjustable floor inlet of 63mm dia with ABS body and inflow rate in the range of 12 m3/hr complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel skimmer of suitable size as required for catch floating debris and of flow rate 150 LPM complete all as specified and directed.

S&F DMX (Digital multiple X) for allowing communication between the lights control equipment and light sources complete all as specified and directed

S & F main drain made out of SS 304 Gr of size 300x300mm fixed to pond base with openable front by stainless steel screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 18 watt round fountain spot light with contain 6x3W high LEDs light colour in the formet of RGB, light body premium quality SS-304, high luxeon LEDs with intial output of 140 Lumens/watt, nominal voltage 24V DC, IP68 protection at a nominal installation depth of 2mtr and with water proof jointing material complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 6 watt donut fountain LED light with contain 6x1W high LEDs light mounted on nozzle, light body premium quality SS-304,, nominal voltage 24V DC, IP68 protection and with water proof jointing material complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested (incl CPRI type test certified), LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK) of approximate dimensions (as per Indian Electricity rules) not less than 60Cm x 50Cm x 30Cm to accommodate following components, outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated Aluminium bus bars 200 Amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP-65 class protection and made of 3.15mm CRCA MS sheet and 50x50x6mm thick angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, front & rear opening type, with aprons for cable entry, with double door shutter and locking arrangement (including provn of 65mm Godrej (Freedom) lock with 2 keys, internal wiring with PVC insulated, multistranded copper conductor, FRLS cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size but not less than 4 sqmm. (b) All the out going cable shall be terminated in bakellite cable connector and shall be duly glanded and socketed. (c) All the cables (power and control wiring ) should be terminated duly socketed with heavy duty tinned copper lugs, GI bolts/screws nuts, flat washers and spring washers as required. (d) White acrylic marker plate (for feeder / switch marking ) to be provided with black lettering by heat press machine as indicated in drawing and to be pasted over the panel door/near the cable connector with high quality adhesive. (e) The cost of platform/foundation with PCC shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (f) The consolidated rate for Srl No. 32.00 & 32.10 shall be quoted against Srl No. 32.00 of BOQ.
