S&F rough finished flat surfaces of concrete Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and as directed.

S& F mild steel Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing Fe 410 -W (Gde E- 250) quality A ,complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) in stirrups not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 25 mm thick PCC, 1:2:4 Type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates), to make required slope/levelling as in roof/Chajjas complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) used in roof/Chajjas kerb or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed (Note: Coving concreting of 150 x 150 mm shall be made at vertical and horzontal junction.)

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on roof /Chajjas surfaces finished fair and even including 3 mm thick setting coat cement plaster CM 1:2 troweled to even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM (1 :4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces finshed fair and even Including taking down, raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat primer to match with the existing surface removing rubbish of the premises and disposed off outside the MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on roof /Chajjas surfaces mixed with WPC @ 200 ml per bag of cement finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.(Liquid WPC will be included in quoted rate)

Applying of water proofing treatment as under: (a) Apply bitumen primer at the rate of 0.27 litre per Sqm as per IS 3384-1986 (b) 3mm thick APP modified water proofing memebrane as per IS 16540/16532-2017 and weighing not less than 3.80 kg per Sqm reinforced polyster/HMHDPE matt black finish over compatible bitumen primer (c) Apply heated Bitumen of VG -10 @1.20 kg per Sqm over APP Modified Water Proofing Membrane (d) Finish the top surface with bituminus aluminium paint @0.10 Ltr per Sqm complete all as specified. (e) Dismantling of old water proofing treatment /roof tiling including screed bed, mud phuska and concrete upto mother slab of any depth and cleaning the surface with wire brushes removing dust, foreign material incl watering and rubbish off the same out side the MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of vegetation/tree growth etc on external surface of walls or on roof top of the building by taking all necessary precaution to the workers and also the adjacent govt properties including digging out of filling holes with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using (20 mm graded stone aggregate) and finishing the surface to match adjacent surfaces after application of suitable chemical using " break" manufactured by M/S denocil company or equivalent to avoid re growth of the vegetation and removing the debris to outside the MD land complete all as specified and directed(Any damage to the adjacent govt properties like glass windows , pipes lines etc to be made good without any extra cost incl arrangment of scaffolding (a) For plants girth not exc 5 cm

All as above item No 39 for plants girth exc 5 cm and n.exc 15 cm

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 ltrs and n.exc 1000 ltrs capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately)

M&L for removing existing PVC pipes embedded in Brick/block/concrete walls and fixing of PVC SWR pipes 110 mm dia of 600 mm length including packing of gaps filled with PCC 1:2:4 of type B0 (12.50 mm aggregates) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Second class hard-wood in Plain, solid, straight in scantlings including dismantling of framed old timber scantling 40 sq cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&l PCC 1:2:4 type B1 20mm graded aggregate as in fillets at junctions between roof and walls, copings rounded, flat or chamfered angles complete all as specified & directed.

S & F Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- B rolled mild steel Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated)

M&L for preparation of old distempered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of Oil bound distemper including stopping of nail holes, filling of cracks, etc and cleaning all window panes from splashes / droppings, all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated wall surfaces by mechanical means of single storied construction accn and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm incl 1mm Wall Care putty and all necessary safety norms to the workers all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 20 mm graded aggregate using as in plinth protections with joint cutting and joint filling with Bitumen grade 'B' etc complete all as specified.
