Surface Dressing. (i) Inner dimension -72’x 60’

Base for Recreational Surface/RCC Surface. (i) RCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete for sub base and floor, thickness 75 mm. (ii) RCC (1:2:4) type B-O using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in sub base of floor, thickness 40 mm. (iii) PVC flooring for the Badminton along with cushion mat minimum 4.5 mm (Enlio) Thick with minimum 6.5 mm Thick shock pad.

Fabrication & creation of shed structure - 72’x 60’. (i) 150x150mm tube section pillar 4mm thick gauge. (ii) 60x60mm tube section truss one side slop 2mm thick gauge. (iii) 80x40mm tube section purlin 1.62mm thick gauge. (iv) 12mm thick base plate and 10mm thick top plate. (v) Stiffner cleat 6mm thick 150x150 plate diagonal. (vi) 0.50mm thick PPGI sheet roofing make ESSAR. (vii) 0.45mm thick PPGI sheet side cladding make ESSAR. (viii) All steel structure red oxide primer and finish with high high gloss enamel paint. (ix) Steel sections made using high tensile hot rolled steel pipes having minimum tensile strength of 550 npa and conforming to ASTM 572M, Fr 50 or IS 2062:350/Fe 490 from approved primary steel manufactures such as SAIL/TATA/JSW/JSPL/ESSAR.

Side Walls. (i) Side walls should be of 8.5 ft height and 9” wide with 15mm thick cement plaster.

Rain water pipes & fitting /Drainage (i) Providing and fixing on wall face length - 30 ft unplasticised- PVC moulded fitting/accessories for unplasticised rigid PVC rain water pipes connecting roof top to open drain at ground conforming to IS: 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. (ii) Open drain along court

Lighting/Electrical work. (i) Supply and installing of of 20 x LED lights (50 watt) inside/outside the hall. (Havells, SYSKA, Philips etc).

(ii) Supply of AC 230/250 volts, 50 HZ 06 x 450 mm silent exhaust fans including providing nuts, bolts, mounting frame and other accessories etc. complete of reputed company. (HAVELLS etc)

(iii) Supplying and fixing of 2 x wall fans (ISI marked and of reputed company in seating area. (Havells etc) S/F modular type electronic fan regulator or supply and fixing of stepped type electronic Fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular pate.

MCB Boxes to include (in each). (i) Supplying and fixing 5 Amps, to 32 Amps. Rating, 240 volts ‘C’ series. (ii) Supplying & fixing single pole, blanking plate in the existing MCB DB complete etc. as required. (iii) Supplying and fixing modular switch/socket & switch box including connections etc as required (iv) Telephone socket outlet.

Washroom/Store. (i) Washroom (Ladies)-01-Size- 6’x4’x8.5’ (LxWxH).

(ii) Washroom (Gents)-01-Size-6’x4’x8.5’ (LxWxH)
