Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.
Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.
Old work (One or more coats)
Renewing glass panes with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:
Float glass panes of nominal thickness 5 mm (weight not less than 12.5kg/sqm)
Extra for fixing glass panes with silicon of approved quality instead of Putty and nails all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing looking mirrors of approved size with wooden frame and hard board backing including painting / polishing the moulding etc. all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
Disposal of broken glass panes from building campound all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
Credit for old dismantled/unserviceable material received from dismantling: -
