Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of following sizes 150mmX 150mmX 6mm set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone M.Sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc.,

Towards the cost of Wood Composit door of size 0.75mx1.80 m including all charges etc.

Provision for Elastomeic paint over roof

Towards cost and fixing of RCC Jolly of size 0.90x0.45m including cost and conveyance and labour for fixing etc

Painting two coat with approved quality of distemper with colour over one coat of white cement for primier coat for the base including preparing surface and all materials cost labour etc

Painting two coat with ready mixed plastic emulsion of first quality paint and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorogh scarpping clean removal of dirt etc complete.
