Note :- Replacement of cable T/C flexible cable of size:- 0.50 Sqmm from ceiling rose/ connection to be done within quoted rate by the contractor.

Material & Labour in replacement of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6 mm thickness burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and incl galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron incl PCC pit of 1:2:4 type B-1, cover reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm and 6mm dia bar handle, earth pit angle iron frame of size 25mm x 25mm, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, charcoal dust, salt, light grade GI watering pipe 20mm dia with funnel and wire -mesh and medium grade GI protection pipe of 15mm bore from top edge of earth plate upto main distribution board complete all to as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch 2009 (Part I) connected main switch board all as specified and testing on completion all as specified and directed.

Note:- Schedule of cedit (Sch 'A' Part- II) amount of Rs 7,93,545.10 shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
