Supplying and plantation of plants /shurbs/grass/ hedge / edge / ground cover etc in required size of poly bags/katta and digging and filling Hole of difference sizes i.e. 60X60X60cm, 45 X 45X45 cm & 30 X 30X30 cm refill with good earth / exevated earth and cowdung / manure of mixture in required ratio (2:1). The plantation shall be completed with healthy plants and the maintenance of plants will be for a period of 12 month after the date of physical completion of work including replacement of unhealthy and dead plants duirng the maintenance period. The rate shall be includs all the above operations. Maintencance for Horticulture works i/c water for development labour for watering of grass and maintain all others works related to horticulture i/c providing cowdung / manure etc complete. All required material and tools / machines will be arranged by the contractor. Nothing extra will be paid on this account to contractor. Work will be execute as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage upto 5 km complete (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) : (a) Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 20 mm

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Officer-in-charge

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately).

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond all leads including all lifts involved.
