S&F in repair/replacement Earthing complete with galvanised copper plate 60cm×60cm ×3.15mm thick electrode and 20×3mm copper strip as earthing lead , buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point complete all as specified and directed including testing on completion.

Material & labour for Advance encapsulated compound based Chemical earthing CPRI tesed maintenance free , pipein -pipe technology upgraded (Zinc & Alloy coated). , Zinc & Alloy coated (80 -100) microns with pure zinc (99.9%) & Alloy coating (200-250) microns. Earthing system conforming IS 3034. The outer and inner pipe should be 76.2 mm and 41.9 mm dia respectively of 3 mtrs long zinc coated with additional special alloy coating 300mm on top side for additional protection of the terminal . The annular space between the pipes to be filled up with Compact fill (CF) (Crystalline Conductive) mixture which should be machine pressed in the pipes not disintegrate or collapse when outer pipe corrodes . The inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity.The job includes boring of 300 mm dia bore up to 5.5 mtr depth in any type of strata/ soil for placing/ lowering the pipe in pipe electrode , filling of pure conductolite back filling compound (BFC Conductolite ) having excellent moisture retaining capacity in 300 mm bore all around the electrode min 4 bags of 25 KG per pit per unit.

The earth pit should be provided with a FRP earth pit cover for protection and safe guard of terminals. The material of earth electrode should have good electrical conductivity & anti corrosion property in wide range of soil conditions. The job also include M & L for in PCC(1:3:6) type C-1 around the FRP cover for support and foundation and colouring the PCC work with desired colour.complete all as specified and directed. Make : ASHLOK ( Model ASEEL-39 AC 3 mtr length 76.3 mm dia) or Equivalent Note :- (i) Design of earth electrode should be of pipein-pipe technology . (ii) Contractor have to submit literature of earth electrode and get the make approved of GE before procurement. (iii) The earth electrode shall be CPRI tested to withstand short current test for 60kA rms for 1.0 second and 150kA for peak current. (iv) Contarctor has to fill pure back fill compound all around the earth electrode in 300 mm bore up to full depth of bore. (v) Copper strip will be laid below 20 cm from ground level and connecting the test point through plinth protection using HDPE pipe for protection, necessary cost of repair to plinth protection and brazing and welding deemed to be included in the item. (vi) Contarctor shall submit the test report of earthing after satisfactorily completion. (vii) Contractor shall remove and disposed off the soil excavated from boring and clear the site before completion of work.

Sppply & Laying XLPE insulated, armoured, electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, fixed on poles / walls or passing through pipes including provision of necessary lugs and glands & making necessary connection including taking down old unservicable cable of 25 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m deep in hard/dense soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for approved river sand cushioning for under ground cable in trenches 8 cm before laying and 15 cm after laying of cable and punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid for 18 cm only after punned/consolidated thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of old size sub-class ’B’ bricks designation 75 size 230x113x75mm laid flat equal to width of bricks, perpendicular to UG cable over the dry sand cushioning, for cable protection as directed

M & L for painting to steel tubular swaged pole of HT 11 KV overhead lines (11 Mtr long) complete with and including comprising the following works :- (a) Scraping out wornout old paint and making the surface smooth.(b) Painting the pole and all MS work mounted on pole with two coats of post office red colour synthetic enameled paint on upper portion and two coats of aluminium paint in lower portion as directed by Engg.-in-charge.(c) Forming coloured bands with white and red post office colour synthetic enameled paint at bottom and letter writing or numbering complete all as specified.

M&L for steel tubular swaged poles complete with MS base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws type 410, SP-31 (9 mtrs long), erected to truely vertical position, painting externaly embedded portion in PCC with black bitumenous paint and externally exposed to view portion with aluminium paint in two coats, making five alternate strips 30cm wide with black and yellow paint in two coats, marking MES number with black paint complete all as specified and directed. M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in base foundation of the pole, all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation and mass filling for poles, stays etc all as directed and as specified.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping of poles including necessary form work and finishing exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Repair & maintenance of submersible 5 HP Pump Set including ,winding,shaft repair,blade and any other parts which is required for fully serviceable of pump all as specified and directed.
