Subwork No 1 Solar Pumping Machinery Item No.1 :-Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of solar water pump of 10.00 HP capacity, AC surface type, 243000 LPD, total head of 10m, comprising of 2700Wp PV array / submersible type (with controller) 121500 LPD/96000LPD/ 57000LPD/ 39000LPD, total head of 20m/30m/ 50m/70m, comprising of 2700Wp/3000Wp/ 3000Wp/ 3000Wp PV array respectively mounted on GI structure with necessary hardware and suitable inverter with 5 years on site performance warrantee. Item No.2 :- Providing and erecting chain link fencing 1.6 M. height with G.I. chain link of size 50 x 50 mm, 8 gauge thick and fixed 75 mm above ground level on vertical M.S. Angles of 40 x 40 x 6 mm size, includind excavating pits for foundation and embedded in C.C. block of 1:4:8 mix of size 450 x 450 x 670 mm. at 1.75 M. c/c with iron bar 16mm dia as hold fast including welding link with angle frame at 30 cm c/c with nuts and bolts and horizontal M.S. Angles at top and bottom of 25 x25 x 5 mm size and vertical M.S. flat 35 x 5 mm and 25 x 5 mm horizontal including cross support of 40 x 40 x 6 mm angles both sideat every corner or bend embedded in concrete blocks of 1:4:8 of size450 x 450 x 670 mm including 3 coats of oil painting etc. complete.

Item No.3 :- Providing and fixing mild steel grill gate with angle iron frame 65mm x 65mm x 10mm with iron bars at 150mm C/C and diagonal flats as per the detailed drawing including hinges, pivot block lockingvarrangement, welding riveting and oil painting of three coats of approved shade Weight of gate 35 Kg/Smt.

Subwork No 2 Pumping Machinery Item No.1.Providing ,erecting and giving test of 150 mm diameter submersible pumps set confirming to IS 8043 and IS 9283 Pumps shall be suitable for various delivery head and discharge with stainless steel pump shafts and bronze impeller . Motor suitable for working on 415 Volts + 10%, 3ph, 50 Hz . AC supply ,supply cable guards , thrust carbon / fiber bearing to accept entire hydraulic thrust. Waterproof winding shall be provided .The pump sets shall be suitable for direct coupling. Pumps shall have suitable outlet as per manufacturer’s design. Anti-thrust stream-lined non-return valve shall be provided with pump. Suitable strainer Shall be provided. 3 core, single / double Run copper conductor submersible type flat cable 3mt. and two pairs electronic clamps shall be provided along with the pump. 10bhp

Item No.2 Supplying and erection GI pipe of B- Class in position suction delivery for centrifugal pump, vacuum pump and drop pipe for submersible pipe. Plumbing with Sockets and necessary material etc. complete. 50 mm dia G.I.'medium class pipe.
