Providing , laying , spreding and compacting graded stone aggregate to water bound macadam Grade-3specification including Spreading in uniform layers , hand packing,rolling with three wheel steel/vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding material to fill up the interstices of course aggregate , watering and compacting to the required density.as per clause 404.

Providing and applying prime coat with bitumien emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base inlcuding clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm using mechinical means .as per MoRTH specification clause No. 502 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen RS-1 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.as per MoRTH specification clause No. 503 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

Road Marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound with reflectoring glass beads on bituminous surface.Providing and laying of applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250gms area,thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from straks and holes.As Per MORTH-803(8.13)
