Dismantling old damaged wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets.

Preparation of old ceiling surface to remove all accumulated dust, dirt, oil before application of white washing and M&L for applying two coats of white wash with blue and approved adhesive as required on ceiling. .

Preparation of old wall surface to remove all accumulated dust, dirt, oil before application of colour washing and M&L for applying two coats of colour wash with pigment and approved adhesive as required on wall.

Preparation of old wooden surfaces by sand papering so as to remove all accumulated dust,dirt,oil etc before application of paint and M&L for applying of one coat synthetic enamel paint on wooden surfaces of any description. (Brand of paint - Asian paints, Berger Paints, ICI or it's equivalent)

Preparation of old iron surfaces of any description before application of paint and M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on iron surfaces of any description. (Brand of paint - Asian paints, Berger Paints, ICI or it's equivalent).

Complete removal of exisitng treatment and priming plastered surface with alkali resistance priming paint and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper. (Brand of paint - Asian paints, Berger Paints, ICI or it's equivalent).

Preparation of old surface including steel wire brushing to remove all accumulated dust, dirt, oil before application of paint and M&L for applying two coats of Plastic emulsion paint over one coat priming paints. (Brand of paint - Asian paints, Berger Paints, ICI or it's equivalent).

Preparation of wall surfaces to complete removal of existing surface and M & L for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/ litres and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali and fungal resistance , dirt resistance exterior paint of required shed (company depot tinted) with silikon additives @ 1.43 litres/ 10 sq.m. over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litres/10 sq.m. over surface. S & F of Sheet glass, ordinary quality 3mm thk. and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane.

M&L for doing MS framework with angle, channel, joist, tee section [Fe 410 - W (Gde-E-250) quality-A ] as per requirement including cutting, bending, welding fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates at any place and height.

S&F of pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet ( 0.50 mm thk). of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering , fixed with self taping screws/bolts & nuts, neoprene and limpet washers with 150 mm end laps.

M & L for 3mm thick wall care putty on wall.

M & L for French polishing on old surfaces of any description , cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler.

Providing, mixing and applying epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20 sq.m. / kg of of approved make on chipped portion of RCC surface as per specification.

Taking down plastering with cement morter and M & L for cement plaster 10 mm thick with 1:4 cement morter over concrete / brick surface.

Taking down plastering with cement morter and M&L for 15 mm thk. 1:4 ratio new cement plaster at any place and height. (Brand of cement : Ambuja, ACC, Ultratech or equivalent).

M&L for doing PCC with 12.50 mm stone chips @ 1:2:4 nominal mix. At any place and height (Brand of cement : Ambuja, ACC, Ultratech or equivalent).

S & F of 12 mm thk. Perforated particle board/ tiles for insula-tion and accoustic purposes, 60x60 cm in size, fixed with nails to timber frame work or with staples on snap grid.

Preparation of new surface and M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat red oxide primer over new iron surface. (Brand of paint : Asian Paints, Berger Paints, Dulux or its equivalent).

Removing the demolished building material outside the factory premisses.
