Hiring of anti polluting, Noiseless, compact DG set of 62 KVA for pumping, lighting arrangement etc, as per site requirement with diesel and operator

Dewatering of contained water from the 1500 mm dia rising main by suitable capacity submersible pump sets and cleaning the site by removing the silt, mud etc as per site requirement

Dismantling the old out of order sluice valve, damaged M.S. gap piece, and 100 mm dia damaged M.S. pipe with the help of gas cutter, tools and tackles and machinery etc as required at site and transportation of all the old materials to the plant/pump house/store of old materials

Supply of 100 mm dia CI Sluice Valve, Non rising spindle type, double flanged type as per IS 14846, PN 1.0 Make: KBL/IVC/Jupiter/any DJB approved

Supply of 100 mm dia MS flange of 16 mm thickness as per IS 6392/IS 1538, PN 1.0

Supply of 100 mm dia MS black pipe class C of 8 mm thickness, Make: Jindal/TATA/any DJB approved

Supply of 100 mm dia MS 90 degree bend of 8 mm thickness, plain end, class C

Barricading of site to avoid any mishappening during execution of work and providing all arrangements like barrier cone with caution tape as per requirement at site of work.

Hiring and running charges of long boom heavy duty crane

Fixing of 100 mm dia sluice valves (2 Nos), M.S. gap piece of suitable length and 100 mm dia M.S. pipe, M.S. bends of 100 mm dia and cleaning/fixing of dirt box with the help of labour like fitter, Beldar, welder, cutter, helper, chowkidar, supervisor, electrician and material used like welding machine, gas cutter set, welding rods, nut bolts of length 3”, rubber insertion sheets of 3 mm thickness and other T&P required etc as per requirement of site of work

Safety arrangement at site of work with all safety equipments like air face mask, Hand gloves, helmet, gum boots, protective bodysuits, safety belts, first aid box, ladder etc as per requirement of site of work

Civil work required at site including repairing of chamber of size 1m x 1m x 1m with the required material like bricks, sand and cement etc and tools & tackles for 100 mm dia Sluice valve as per requirement of site of work

Testing and commissioning of complete arrangement/systems like pipes, bends, valves etc. at No load and full load upto the complete satisfaction of engineer-in charge.
