Required1. Copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer (including NIT issuing EE/AE), CPWD.

Required2. Treasury challan/demand Draft/Pay order or bankers cheque/ Deposit at call Receipt /FDR/Bank Guarantee of any Scheduled Bank against EMD

Required3. Upto date valid Enlistment Order of the Contractor.

Required4. Notarized Affidavit of Non-black listing by CPWD/State/Central departments/PSU/Autonomous bodies as per Form J. (Not older than the date of Notice Inviting tender (i.e.,04.06.2024)

Required5. Integrity Pact signed by the bidder in presence of a witness for works equal to or above the threshold value given in Schedule F

Required6. GST Registration Certificate if already obtained by the bidder. If the bidder has not obtained GST registrations applicable, then he shall scan and upload following undertaking along with bid documents.

RequiredIf work is awarded to me, I/we shall obtain GST registration certificate, as applicable, within one month from the date of receipt of award letter or before release of any payment by CPWD, whichever is earlier, failing which I/we shall be responsible for any delay in payments which will be due towards me/us on account of the work executed and/or for any action taken by CPWD or GST department in this regard.

Required7. Undertaking for site inspection Intending bidders must upload Undertaking regarding site inspection I/we have inspected and examined the site of work and its surrounding and fully satisfy before submitting my/our bids.

Required8. Copy of agency letter head having valid E-mail ID and Mobile Number.
