SPECIAL REPAIR OF WATER PROOFING TREATMENT ESH 122, 139, 126, 101 AND 113 OF 2 AMN AREA AT 29 FIELD AMN DEPOT DEHU ROAD

M & L Taking down cement plaster of any description of brick or stone wall etc incl racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete.

M & L for Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 using water proofing compound @ 3% of weight of cement on RCC roof slab, finished even & smooth without using extra cement as directed by Engineer-in-charge Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid saperately

Supply only Integral liquid waterproofing compound as per manufacturers instructions. Make : Dr Fixit or equivalent

Demolition of plain cement concrete in Roof portionas specified.

M&L for avg 40 mm thick cement conceret 1:2:4 type B-1, (20mm graded aggregate) as in levelling course on roof top channel & floor finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for taking out old water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (a) The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, washed, dried up & cleaned to remove all foreign materials & dust to receive primer. (b) On the dried roof surface, apply one coat of bituminous primer @ 100 Gm/ Sqm as per manufacturers instruction. (c) On this primed surface, the approved APP modified bituminous membrane with non woven polyester mat asreinforcement weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/ Sqm laid by torch application metho and top surface shall be applied with bituminous aluminium paint. (d) The overlap while torching shall be 75mm on longitudinal direction & 100mm on transverse direction. Note:-Obtain material through out low laying Area

S&F in repairs / replacement air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long with necessary fixing arrangements all as specified and directed.

S&F in repalcement GI strip 32 mm x 6 mm to be burried in ground for loop earthing and ground grid complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for re-fixing in repair aluminium strip of size 25 mm x 3.15 mm to procelain insulator with suitable saddles & fixing screws etc on roof or on wall (appx. 35 feet above GL) including of bitumen washer, nuts, bolts, etc. required to fix the strip on existing serviceable or new insulators complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 9 above but GI strip 32 mm x 6 mm.
