Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5m for laying of LT under ground cables/GI pipes getting out as in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply & filling sand cushioning to under ground cable 8 cm before laying the electric cable and 15 cm after laying the cable complete all as specified considering as per SSR 1991 of part -I Note: Only punned thickness of the sand will be meausured.

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV Type-1, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm with ISI mark factory made complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable UG cable of any size from the trenches/wall/pole and keeping aside for reuse and remove the unservicable cable from site after affording credit depending on its serviceability state including removal of brick/PCC cable cover complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying LT UG cable 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed amoured, heavy duty, in trenches/walls/poles/passing through pipes with multistranded aluminium conductor including lugs/thimble/ferules connection, testing and commissioning complete including taking out old unserviceable cable for 25 sqmm 4 core. Note: [i] Earth work, excavation sand cusioning, bricks for protection, GI pipe etc shall be measured separately under relevant items of this schedule Note: [iI] Old retrived LT cable found in serviceable condition from taking out shall be re-use/relay in the work

S&F DWC high density polyethylene pipes having 90/76 mm dia with all fittings/coupler/connecting accessories cnfirming to IS : 16098 Part-02 and IS: 16025 Part -24 for cable protection fixed on poles/walls/laid under roads crossing etc and made good the disturbed surfaces/area complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) panel of the Capacity 300 KVAR complete comprising any type capacitors, APFC relay, MCCB, Cooling Fan, Voltmeter, Ammeter, CTs with all other connected accessories, checking of serviceability of each component, cleaning all contatct points, tightening of all connections including replacement of unserviceable components, thimbles, nut bolt and washers, etc if necessary, cleaning the entire panel by using hot blower complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 63 here-in-before but capacity 180 KVAR complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing, Inspecting, checking, cleaning by using of blower,Lubrication ,greasing and carrying out preventive maintanance of ACB and ACB in serviceable condition, testing and commissioning all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation of existing cable of size 25 Sq mm to 150 Sq mm removing from its loop of length 3m to 5m, cleaning, cutting of old termination and reconnecting the same along with termination at ends with suitable new aluminium lugs and refilling of cable trench with existing sand and bricks complete all as directed. Note: The rate quoted shall include for necessary earth work

Excavation of existing cable of size 185 Sq mm to 300 Sq mm removing from its loop of length 3m to 5m, cleaning, cutting of old termination and reconnecting the same along with termination at ends with suitable new aluminium lugs and refilling of cable trench with existing sand and bricks complete all as directed. Note: The rate quoted shall include for necessary earth work

Disconnecting, dismantling of existing LT Busbar Junction Box and supply, fabricate, install with new cable gland and lugs on existing cable, testing and commissioning of Busbar Junction Box of suitable size, out door type double door, dust and vermin proof made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet mounting on MS angle iron 50x50x6 MM size , legs not less than 750 mm height, suitable foundation of 150 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C 2 with 100 mm offsets and panel board with front and back opening and locking arrangement compete two coats of finishing powder coated paint of approved shade over one coat of red oxide primer including oriental bus bar of aluminium strip 600 amps for three phase 4 wire including the following accessories and fitted in : -(a) Incoming: (i) MCCB high breaking capacity 4 pole 415 volt 25 KA breaking cap adjustable thermal release range 250 amp of Make:HPL/C&S/Schneider/L&T/ Indoasian/GE/Havells – 01 No (ii) Digital type Volt meter & amps meter with suitable capacity of CTs,LED indicator lamp and other connecting accessoris all as directed by the Engr In Charge.

Cutting the tarmac / hard standings and excavating in trenches across the road for laying cable including making good the excavated portion by means of PCC 1:3:6, type C1 matching with the surroundings all as directed.
