Taking down carefully electric meters, any type, upto 40 Amps capacity after disconnecting, keeping in safe custody and fixing the same after rewiring work including connecting up complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable sub main wiring Aluminium / copper of any size / core / type including earth continuity conductor on teak wood or conduit and removing the materials / debris from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall etc to match with the original existing finish complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable existing TPN DB / Meter Box of any capacity and size and removing from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable existing MCB DB 8 way with MCBs of any capacity and size and removing from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully surface aluminium point wiring with wooden battens / PVC conduit (light, fan, socket, bell or power) including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, lamp holders, pendants, sockets, regulators, etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Point wiring with PVC insulated 1.5 Sqmm FR multistrand copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn into and including CASING CAPING non metallic PVC medium grade not less than 20 mm ISI marked ivory colour (Press fit or similar brands ) with all fittings and fixing accessories including sunken anodised pressed steel terminal boxes with2.8 mm thick HYLAM brand laminated white Bakelite sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators, etc and 1.0 Sqmm FR multistrand copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire complete for the following :-

Taking down and dismantling of ceiling fan of any make and sweep 1200 mm from its installed location servicing the fan by cleaning, greasing, oiling, painting with two coat of existing colour including replacement of worm out nut bolts with rubber reel, split pins, quarter pin, push bearing, ball bearing, Fan blade, shaft and check nuts and installing back to its original position, rate includes Rate include anchor fastener bolt complete all as specified and directed. Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 Mtr in depth in soft/disintegrated rock getting out and leveling of bottom surface to required level for removing of old pipes/ laying of pipeline all as specified.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Double wall corrugated (DWC) High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) OF 50 to 63mm dia laid in tranches for cable protection including taking down all PVC pipe of any dia. complete all as specified and directed.
