Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid dry or dry and pointed in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of precast block masonary or precast concrete article built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone / boulder masonary, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but exclusing ashlar facings, dressed stoneswork and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surface, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (by using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) including brought up to courses complete all as specified & as directed.

All as per item No 10.00 here-in-before but except stone. NOTE:- Stone boulders obtained from item No 05.00 here-in-before shall be reused.

Hand packing (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level. NOTE:- Stone boulders obtained from item No 05 here-in-before shall be reused.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection path/hardstanding/drain bed/ jhura bed finished cement concrete surfaces fair and even including forming construction joint filled with CM (1:6) complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC type C-2 (1:2:4) (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in path/hardstanding/steps/drain bed/ jhura bed finished cement concrete surfaces fair and even including forming construction joint filled with CM (1:4) all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick in CM (1:6) on stone masonry surfaces, finished even & fair with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, finished even & fair with using extra cement complete all as directed.

M&L Lacquer coated coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 300 x 300mm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat slurry in floors and steps with grey cement and pigments over and incl 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of motar for laying floor finishes in cement plaster (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railing and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to better in rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2 as in retaining walls etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC (nominal mix) type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in RCC band complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips.complete all as specified & as directed.
