M&L for disconnectiong electrical connections, removing the defective scroll compresser three phase 36 TR capacity from the mounting bed of central type Air Conditioner plant, dismantle the unit by cutting and Rewinding the compressor coil with feron resistance Super enamelled copper wire and replacing bearing and worn out parts of compressor with lathe work for proper alignment with fill up of lub oil and assemble the unit and fixed in Central AC plant same place Testing and commissiong chillar AC plant system complete. The job is inclusive of dismantling from central AC Plant, cutting, transporting brazing the suction and discharge lines by, reconnecting at site . Compressor make : M/s Blue Star pvt ltd.,/ M/s Voltas. Note : Refrigerent charging will be measured and paid seperatly under relevant.

All as per item No 1 but capacity of compressor 48 TR.

M&L for charging R-407A/R-410ARefrigerant gas complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for charging R-22/R-32 Refrigerant gas complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Dial type with adjustable stem thermometer range min 50 degree all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of dial pressure gauge 0-150 PSI. Make : Fiebig/Guru/IMP

Supply and fix in replacement of pressure gauge cock brass of size 3/8" & 1/2" complete all as specifed and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Y strainer of size 80mm all as specifed and directed

Supply and fix in repair Y strainer of size 100mm all as specifed and directed

Supply and fix in repair water flow switch all as specifed and directed.

M&L for Disconnecting and removing the existing monoblock pumpset from the installed position by putting dummy plate to suction and delivery pipe line, transporting to workshop )to and Pro) Dismantling the motor removing the burnt out windings,cleaning slots with CTC, and rewinding the same size with suitable super enameled copper conductor, insulating varnishing, removing, replacing the worn out bushes/ bearing and pump shaft repair by lathe work for proper alignment, replace gland rope, rubber coupling,washers, nuts and bolts for smooth functiong with one coat of primer & two coat of synthetic enamel paint after scraping the body surface of pump&motor with emery paper,writing letters , assemble the motor & pumpset Transporting to site coupling, connecting electrical & pipe line connections testing complete for following cap at central AC Plant complete all as specified and directed. (a) 7.5HP Monoblock pumpset.

All as per item No 10 above but 5HP complete all as specified.

M&L for carry out the leak test at central ac plant capacity from 26TR to 72TR in refrigeration system by charging the dry nitrogen gas & hold up to 24hrs and rectifying the leakage if any by bracing/ welding/ replacing the 'O' ring etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement thermostatic expansion valve brass type temperaqture range -25 to +25 degree range with connection accessories at cental Ac plant complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for Chiller unit Control panel suitable 72TR cap compressor Control panel of Central AC plant M/s Voltas brand with inbuilt saftey control, contactor, Timer control wiring micro processing controller unit incl taking down u/s control panel complete testing all as specifed and as directed.

All as per item No 15 above but Central AC Plant Capacity of 26TR to 36TR complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of pipe line, pumpset and foundation channel, LT Panels, Central AC Plants painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specifed Note :- (i) AC Plant at NC-I, NC-II, NC-III,(03 Jobs), (ii) P-11 (01 Job), (iii) EMI/EMC (03 Jobs) (iv) Simulator AC Plant (03 Jobs) (v) Covetech AC Plant (03 Jobs).

Supply and fix in replacement over load relay upto 32A capacity. In AC plant condenser, chiller motor control panel board all as specifed and directed.

S&F in replacement MCB three Pole C-40A Amps 415Volt 3 phase all as directed

S&F in replacement Thermal ovel load relay MK1 type range 11-18A range complete all as specifed and directed

S&F in replacement of Direct-On-Line starter in sheet metal enclosure Type MK suitable for motor rating upto 7.5HP, 415V, 50Hz relay range 13-22A complete all as specifed and directected

S&F in replacement of fully autmatic star delta starter in sheet metal enclosure Type MK 1F suitable for motor rating upto 15HP, 415V, 50Hz relay range 14-23A complete all as specifed and directected

M & L for dismantling of AHU (Air Handling Unit) Capacity 100TR complete with cleaning of Filters and inside AHU Complete and re-installation after floor PCC work, and wall plastering work complete.

Demolishing brick wall work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material built in cement mortar and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster includng disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metre lead.

M&L Brick work with non modular fly ash bricks conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in super structure straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 Coarse sand) all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 12 mm thick in fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth in fine sand complete all as specified.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour with two coats on new work complete, as per manufacturer's specificatio over including 2mm thick internal wall care putty finish .

Demolishing cement concrete Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix ( i/c equivalent design mix) manually / by mechanical means including disposal of materials within 50 metres as per direction of Engr -in- Charge

Providing and laying in position 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 manufactured sand derived from Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size Recycled Aggregate (RA) cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work up to plinth level).

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) in flooring excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing.

Supply and lay MS Pipes heavy grade with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings etc of size 25 mm all as specifed and directed.

Supply and lay MS Pipes heavy grade with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings etc of size 80 mm all as specifed and directed.
