Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or ceiling surfaces etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water and include for all necessary lowering, etc., removal of rubbish off the premises, removal and depositing serviceable materials where directed and leaving the work clear of any plasteringcomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of bricks or concrete surfaces (internal surfaces) finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement

M&L for Preparation of new surface of wall and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer over 3mm thick wall care putty on internal walls surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick external plastering in CM (1:4) with water proofing compound on fair faces of bricks or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Water proofing compound will measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two or more coats with 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkalie and fungal resistance, dirt resistance, exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives @ 1.43L/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied at 0.9L/10sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for complete removal of existing surface of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/ltr and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, Alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 Sqm including complete removal of existing treatment.

M&L for complete removal of existing surface on internal wall and applying two coats of oil bound distember over and above 3mm wall care putty including a coat of primer all as specified and directed.

Repair of damaged RCC ceiling, columns and beams, and other RCC elements in the building including removal of loose/deteriorated plaster/concrete (5mm to 40mm depth), cleaning of exposed reinforcement using wire brush and tacha hammer, applying two coats of rust remover (Sika Rust Off or equivalent) with 6-hour drying, one coat of anti-rust treatment (Dr. Fixit Repair Pro or equivalent) with additional 6-hour drying, providing grit concrete (1:1:1) (5mm to 40mm depth) mixed with Fosroc or equivalent latex bonding agent to cover and protect reinforcement, with minimum 6-hour setting time, including all material, labour, tools, and curing complete as directed by engineer. Note: 1. The repair may be carried out at height on exterior surfaces of buildings of G to G+3. 2. The cost of scaffolding or ladder is deemed included in the quoted rates.

M&L for 5mm thick plastering in CM 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces (ceiling surfaces) finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement
