Cartage of ballast, Kankar, Coat, Grit or sand etc. including loading and unloading but excluding stacking on pucca roads.up to 8 Km distance

Providing of bandha for diversion of nala etc. all complete. (NS)

Providing of 32HP diesel pump for dewatering of nala with pump, driver etc. all complete. (NS)

Providing and fixing of barricading of 100mm average ballies with in a distance of 1.50 meter for 3 rows of 3Q. 3 Nosof cross ballies, two supporting ballies of 3 meter ballies and 2 Nos perpendicular ballies tie with moonj rope including supply of all material such as ballies rope T&P required for proper completion of work and also including labour component (material will be property of contractor after dismantling).

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, including cost of form work in foundation and floors. (DSR SN-4.1.10)

R.c.c work with cement approved coarse sand and 4cm gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:2:4 (One part of Cement, 2 part of Coarse sand and 4 part of 4cm. stone grit) in R.CC Raft Foundation and Footing 4cm. Gauge approved stone ballast excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 bwgi binding wire and including necessary centring and shuttering etc. And also including supply of all materials labor and tools and plants etc. Required for proper completion of the work. Strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-150 grade. (5-Chapter S.I.No.287)

Renforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attachedplasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struls etc. including cost of centering, shuttering, and excluding Reinforceement 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm (3/4) gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:2:4 for slab work excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWGI binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials labor and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. Strength of the concrete shall not be less than M-150. (SI No. 284)

Mild Steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (When not included in and an overall rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel, its wastage bend hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured up to floor two level. (10 mm to 12mm tor (TMT Bars).
