Material and labour for seven stage cleaning and sterilization of inside the RCC / Steel underground /semi underground /Over head / sedimentation /clear water sumps / UG sump reservoir of following capacities through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC G5 / Inchor-5 / NB-10/ TERBAC-G-65/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 AND ULTRA VIOLET RAY Make: rays Cleantech/ Inus watertech/ satya enterprise consisting of following steps :- (a) First Stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering system. (b) Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G10/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company and scrubbing the walls of the tanks. (c) Third stage is fresh water cleaning by high-speed jet pump. (d) Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is decertification by using TERBAC-G5/ Inchlor-5/NB-10 Govt Laboratory certified branded halogen compound or E in C approved equivalent product.

(e) Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vaccum cleaner. (f) Sixth stage is the second bacteria screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray within the tank and kills all suspended bacteria. (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified, branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65/Inoxi-60/NB-69 or E in C approved equivalent products.

Servicing of submersible pump sets 7.5HP multistage self priming including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint and replacing of following parts all as directed :- (i) Bearing of pump (ii) Suction strainer (iii) Work out nuts and bolts

Supply and connect PVC insulated sheathed cable with multistranded submersible copper conductor of size 3 core 4 sq.mm for pumpset including removing the old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Aviation Obstruction Light LED comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure 302 Nos LED type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace MS float weight into Stainless steel float weight of size 1 ' x 1' x 1' including necessary hook and counter weight and scratching and painting the gauges , marking the levels with synthetic enamel paint complete for Underground sump complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace fully automatic star delta starter suitable for pump of the following capacity including dismantling the old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking out the existing unserviceable jocky pump installed at Roof top by disconnecting the cable connection suction and delivery pipe lines of the pump set, separate the motor from pump, transporting to workshop, removing the burnt out winding from slots, cleaning the starter and rotor slots with CTC and emery paper and rewinding motor with the existing size of new super enamelled copper winding wire and insulating by using class 'B' insulation keeping for drying, bring back to site,reassemble the motor and pump, fixing in position, connecting electric connections testing and commissioning for its satisfactory performance including taking down old unserviceable copper winding complete all as specified and as directed for the following capacities : -

Material and labour for repair of water level indicator installed on water OH tank /Sumps etc including taking down the same for overhead tank / sumps etc assembling complete in replacement of any size after replacement of defective items complete all as directed. NOTE :- The items to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix in replacement of Water float ball of copper made all as per sample complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of steel twisted wire of specified growl and all as per sample complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rewriting of existing marking with super enameled paint including painting of whole scale after applying two coats of red oxide primer fixed to overhead tank /sumps/level indicator etc.complete all as specified and as directed.
