NOTES :- 1. Contractor need to purchase minimum 50% of all items mentioned in this CA within 20 days of getting sample approval and kept in custody so that no delay in work due to non-availability of materials will be faced. Contractor should ensure during the cause of work that he has minimum 25% of materials with him till the completion of item/date. 2. Contractor should buy the exact items which are given with catalogue reference. Other makes will be approved only by submitting non availability Certificate Company. Contractor need to remove all the dismantled items without delay. 3. Rate quoted for demolition/dismantling /taking down is inclusive of removing the same from site and dumping at given locations anywhere inside station. 4. Contractor will make his own arrangement to store his items. 5. Some places in this contract where the vehicle will not reach the spot directly, the material will be moved manually in these places. The rate quoted will be considered all inclusive on this account. 6. All trade skilled labour required in this contract shall be present daily in working hours, irrespective of complaints received. 7. Complaint for a similar items may be in scattered / different area, quoted rate will be considered all inclusive on this account.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil for laying of under ground cable and foundation of poles etc complete as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches exceeding 1.5M wide and exc 1.5 m and nexc 3 in depth and getting out in hard /dense soil for laying of under ground cable and foundation of poles.etc complete as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cm thick .etc complete as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soil not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at al level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point and all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading clean dry sand in trenches for cushioning all as specified for cable protection in trenches / ducts complete all as directed. (Note: The punned down thickness shall only be measured)

Supply and lay common burnt clay building bricks sub class 'B' of designation 75 laid in trenches as protection to cables complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for road cutting /Hard standing for taking up or laying of LT UG Cable upto a depth of 15cm, after laying of cable well ramming to the excaved soil and repair the excavated portion of the road as existing or by providing suitable mixture of PCC complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of steel poles/struts as specified including necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 with 20 mm graded aggegate for coping including form work and finishing to all exposed surfaces by using extra cement all as directed.

Taking down unserviceable GI tubing and M&L for 80 mm bore galvanized iron light grade pipe for cable protection complete with all fittings fixed to wall or laid in floor/road crossing or on pole, complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repair Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint including dismantling of cross arms of MS channel or angle sections etc complete all as directed

Taking out unserviceble Earthing from Sub stns , M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Mtr below ground with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, Earth plate shall be connected with double bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers, to & including 32x6 mm galvanized iron strip as earth lead, extended upto 7.5 m 'or' upto test terminal point, drawn through 40mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection of galvanized iron strip in the ground, further connecting with suitable size of earth strip to LT Panel, Transformer, DBs etc., including excavation, earth work, magnesium sulphate-50 Kg and charcoal in alternate layers on all sides sorrounding the earth plate, bentonite-25 Kg clay mixed with water and loomy soil sorrounding the plate on all sides, all as specified, PCC chamber, RCC cover slab, watering pipe 20mm dia bore med. grade, wire net, funnel etc. & testing on completion all as specified in plate No.3 of SSR Pt-I, including breaking and removing the old unsv earth materials complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excvation earth work and GI strip upto 7.5 mtr incl in the job.

Supply and fix in repair Galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm as earth continuity or main earthing lead fixed to wall / pole / buried in ground etc incl taking out unsv earth strip complete all as specified and directed

Supply, mixing and pouring of mixture of Bentonite and Magnesium sulphase of 5 Kg each either in the existing water pipe or by making holes around the earthing pit for improving the earthing value complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge

Stringing and fixing only in position of existing sagged ACSR conductor in OH line of LT/ Street light conductors including binding with aluminium wire complete all as specified and as directed . Note. The item will be measured in span length. The approx span length is 30mtr to 40 mtr.

Locating and pin point electric Fault precisely on LT (1100V) UG Cable of size upto 16 Sqmm 4 core under ground cable fault, locating system which is the most advanced system in power cable fault detection combining the best in market technologies in to a single fully automatic centralized setup with high reliability and multi level safety standards complete all as specified and directed .

All as per Item No 30 herein before but for LT (1100V) UG Cable of size 25 x 3.5 Core to 50 Sqmm 3.5 C Complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting and removing the damaged portion of the LT Cable, Supply, prepare and connect cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for heat shrink type straight through joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE, armoured aluminium conductor cable of Size up to 4C x 16 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. Make. 3M/Reychem/Dension. Note. Earth work will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of BOQ.

Material labour for painting the external exposed surfaces of steel tubular sewaged / rails pole of 9/11 mtrs long alongwith cross arm,brackets and connected accessories with one coat of aluminium paint including preparation of old painted surfaces and pasting radium red stickers / paint with 3 lines around the pole and numbering of pole with synthetic enamel whilte paint on black base complete all as specified and directed
