New construction work of the road from Kheda Jat to Nagla Deviya Aulenda in Agra district

Group-A Excavtion in soil using Hydraulic Excavator and Toppers with disposal upto 1000m Excavtion for roadwork in soil with hydraculic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity inculiding cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and trasporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5m amd lead upto 1000m as per technical Specifcation clause 302.3

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from roadway Cutting Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from availble land as permitted and approved by Engineer-in-Charge and as per Technical Specitaion Clause 301.3.4.1. with all lifts and leads,1000M spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1and 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause 301.5

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site. spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1 (3.14)

Granular Sub-Base with Coarse Graded Material (Table:- 400.1) Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to Water Bound Macadam (45-63) specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and Camber MORD Specification 405.2

WBM Grading 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Brick edging on both side of the road of M-150 bricks 8cm. (3") wide and 12cm (4½") deep laid with mud mortar including all labour and supply of brick finished to required template & ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated cleaned by air compressor as per Technical Specification Clause 503

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates and using (VG-10) bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type C as per Technical specification clauses 508.

Providing, laying seal coat by means with VG-10 Bitumen sealing the void in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade cross fall usingType C as per Technical specification clauses 510.

Group- B Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) Including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches.

Supply & Laying of 350mm dia NP-3 HP and their cartage etc including cost of all materials from approved quarry, T&P, labour, cess, cartage for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charges and as per approved drawing.

Supply & Laying of 600mm dia NP-3 HP and their cartage etc including cost of all materials from approved quarry, T&P, labour, cess, cartage for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charges and as per approved drawing.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.s including cost of all materials from approved quarry, T&P, labour, cess, cartage for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charges and as per approved drawing.

Brick work with commomn burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortor 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand as per DSR 6.1.1

Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) :Raised and cut pointing Ch- 13 Si No- 1. including cost of all materials from approved quarry, T&P, labour, cess, cartage for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charges and as per approved drawing.

Plain Cement Concrete (PCC Grade M15 ) in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. Clause 1500, 1700 & 2100 including cost of all materials from approved quarry, T&P, labour, cess, cartage for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charges

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete avement thickness as per disign, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and constructionl joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compund (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501. Reinforced Cement Concrete (M-20) in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications Clause 1500, 1600 & 1700 including cost of all materials from approved quarry, T&P, labour, cess, cartage for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charges and as per approved drawing. SOR Ch- 6 (12.06)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete and technical specifications including cost of all materials from approved quarry, T&P, labour, cess, cartage for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charges and as per approved drawing. DSR No- 5.22.6
