Supply and fixing "RAJSHRI" Brand factory made PVC Internal door frame of size 100 mm x 45 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm (+0.25) , made out of extruded 5 mm (+0.25) thick PVC sheet manufactured by asn ISO - 9001-2008 certified company, and by joining 3 Nos heat bent PVC sheet sections. The inside section of size 90 x 30mm shall be made from plain colour PVC sheet of 5 mm (+0.25) thickness. The inside section will be covered by sticking two sections of size 30 x 35 mm and 70 x 45 mm made from 5 mm (+0.25) thick plain PVC sheet. The frame shall be mitre cut at two corners and joined with 4 Nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15 mm x 15 mm square tube . The two vertical door frames are to be reinforced with 40mm x 20mm MS tube of 19 guage through out the frame . S & F 30 mm thick Rajshri brand factory made solid panel plain PVC internal Door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes 19 gauge thickness and size of 40mmx20mm for styles as well as top , lock and bottom rails,, M.S frame shall have coat of metal primer of approved make and manufacturer, MS frame shall be covered with heat molded plain 'C' channel made from 5mm thick (tolerance 0.25mm) thick PVC sheet of Density600kg/Cubm manufactured by an ISO -9001-2008 certified company of size 30mm thick , 110mm widh forming stiles in which 100mm should be flat and 5mm should be tapperand 5 mm thick (tolerance of 0.25mm|) thick, 125 mm should be flat and 5mm tapper on either side..
