Required1. Bankers Cheque /Account Payee Demand Draft /Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR)/ Insurance Surety Bonds /Bank Guarantee (for balance amount as prescribed) from a Commercial Bank.

Required2. Copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD.

Required3. a) Authorization letter from OEM i.e. Legrand Make or their authorized dealer.. or b) Certificate of registered contractor of CPWD in appropriate class of Composite Category c) Copy of an undertaking given by Composite Category contractor of CPWD at the time of execution of AMC work of UPS from authorized service agency of Legrand Make UPS only. d) Copy of willingness certificate authorized service agency.

Required4. Certificate of Registration of GST. If the bidder has not obtained GST registration as applicable then the bidder shall upload following undertaking with the bid document If work is awarded to me, I/We shall obtain GST registration certificate as applicable within one month from date of receipt of award letter or before release of any payment by CPWD, whichever is earlier, failing which I /We shall be responsible for any delay in payments which will be due towards me/us on a/c of work execut

Required5. Valid electrical contractors license Or an undertaking that they will either obtain valid electrical license at the time of execution of electrical work or associate contractor having valid electrical contractor license.

Required6. Email, Mobile Number and mailing address of the firm / agency on the letter head of firm/ agency. (for making correspondence).
